It was very easy getting my insurance application done on line . I was with another insurance company for around 20 years and decided to change as it was very expensive and so glad your quote was half the price of theirs with more benefits.

Easy access to actually see all details about the insurance policy I was looking at and simple to purchase and then have access to all the relevant documents.

Quote changed to a higher premium after I had saved it!… talking about literally two days after I saved it!…yes the cot went up!

I picked up the quote from the comparison site and then called directly to the number provided in the AA site. The person I spoke clearly explained me the benefits of having the AA car insurance. Intact, I was a previous satisfied AA customer in the past.

What made it so good was the person I spoke to. She was excelling, her knowledge, her questions, she made it very easy.

The telephonist was very professional and was able to answer all my queries .

It really was simple, with very competitive prices.

Still didn’t change the offer telling me it’s final
I asked them why bother asking for examples then
Then I get a call from
Claims company asking to pick up my car to tske to garage as AA asked her to do
So
I explained to the numpty my car is
Stolen not recovered
She then asked for my name I said she should know this considering AA asked her to call me.
Told her she is a waste of my time

Good price and value for money

My experience of reveiwing my EV car insurance this year was a bit mixed. My previous insurer (Aviva Zero) declined to even quote, saying my type of policy would no longer in line with their expected portfolio at the time of renewal!
Searching again multiple insurance providers quotes were provided, (some of whom I had never heard of).
The AA was among the quotes privided, and while not the cheapest, by any means, it was reasonable, but more importantly gave me the level of cover I wanted and with a reputable company, in my opinion.

The online website was incredibly easy to navigate. I was pleased with the price and cover.

The guy was pleasant patient helpful and friendly and explained everything to me . The phone was answered more or less immediately by a real person -very unusual these days !
