What a lovely person to talk to he explained every detail of their product I'm a member of theAA and find their staff all professional.

App kept dissolving in me. Had to repeatedly input information. As a result I have started paying my insurance before time. Money taken now instead of 26th September

Very competative pricing, 40% less & better cover than our previous well known insurer.
We also took advantage of the Breakdown Recovery service at £30 p.a.

Very pleased with the help I received...new battery fitted and also a quick check of oil and water . Helpfull and professional.

All done online - the process was simple and the site was logical and straightforward. Whilst there were cheaper prices online, once you studied the terms it was obvious that the cover offered by the AA included many areas that were either excluded on the cheaper quotes are could be added at extra cost. Once those extra costs were added the cost exceeded those of the AA. A plus point was that whilst many of the online quotes could only be managed by an App or by an online login, with no way to talk to a person, the AA clearly show a number that can be called to discuss the quote and raise any questions instead of online chatting with an AI assistant!! Highly recommend the AA.

I think the customer service I spoke with was excellent and knows how to treat first time customers. He was calm, convincing, good listener and answered all my questions with respect.

This was one of the easiest insurance quotes i have applied for, just filled in the details and sent plus one email to confirm and that was it. Excellent.

I was surprised that I was able to obtain a better quote from a known insurer such as the AA compared to the renewal from my current insurer who had already reduced its premium compared to last year.
