Win-win
I prefer to deal with an insurer that is well known to me but of course I have to consider the cost also. I used a price comparison site to discover that the AA offered a choice of silver, gold or platinum cover for a price much less than my current provider was quoting. I opted for platinum (the best) and still saved myself a significant amount of cash. That, together with such a well known name as The AA made this an easy choice.

Very easy to access and set up through 'Compare the Market'. Had problems using the password arrangement to access documents.

Hey there, the password to open your docs is your date of birth followed by the postcode where the car is kept. For example, if you were born on 1st July 1982 and your postcode is RG21 4EA, your password would be 01071982rg214ae. This info was included alongside the document link. We hope everything's now sorted ☺️.

Well it’s started with “Go Compare” web…
Well it’s started with “Go Compare” web site that offered much.. AA stood out because they offered a range of car insurance to suit customers.. in these days where loyalty to customers and customer loyalty no longer exists..The true test will be when I come to renew next year!!!

It was easy to find all my quotes on a…Great company to deal with
It was easy to find all my quotes on a comparison web site and from there on in, it was easy talking to the AA team and set up my car insurance from there and it took no time at all really very straight forward nice friendly people to talk to, very helpful, polite and understanding. I have been with the AA before and only left due to the costings at the time but having said that they where more completive this time and I'm pleased to be back with them.
