It was easy to find all my quotes on a comparison web site and from there on in, it was easy talking to the AA team and set up my car insurance from there and it took no time at all really very straight forward nice friendly people to talk to, very helpful, polite and understanding. I have been with the AA before and only left due to the costings at the time but having said that they where more completive this time and I'm pleased to be back with them.

I got stuck in going to get code in my email and getting back to the AA form was very worried I rang customer services and spoke to Jeff who was very reassuring and helpful

I have just taken out a car insurance policy. The website process was quick and easy and you can manage the policy online through their app. Would recommend.

Offered free 12 months break down cover if I renewed my car insurance which they increased by £100.
Given the AA should be a trusted company I renewed .
I was informed then I had to wait 14 days to claim my free breakdown cover.
Attempting to then claim said breakdown cover was a complete farce & obviously a process devised to ensure your free cover didn’t happen!
I rang AA insurance & was told I needed to contact AA breakdown which did & was informed I had to ring AA insurance!
You see where I’m going now don’t you!
They will do anything to ensure you do NOT get free breakdown cover & they will ensure confusion rules when attempting to.
I will not be renewing that is guaranteed & they can shove there “free” anything where the sun don’t shine.

What a rip off!! Unfortunately Ageas are no longer doing van insurance so had the mis pleasure of these con merchants taking over and providing a eye water renewal price.

AA also known as Absolutely Awful think jacking the price by at least 30% more they can rip another customer off hoping it would renew without me looking.

Thought I would go on livechat to cancel.. Try getting passed the absolutely awful not fit for purpose Ai no thanks if I want to talk to a robot I will buy one, so of course mean you have to call.. Of course there was a long wait as nobody can deal with the awful Ai so had to wait nearly an hour to get through on the phone to cancel the rip off renewal, Just for context I have got quotes half the price so Aa are double for less such as no break down cover in the policy and yet have the cheek to say not all policies are the same as you wait an hour on the phone making out there's are good , The policy offered is such a basic policy for a double over inflated price.. I will give it a miss thanks.

I wouldn't touch an anything with AA attached to it anyway even if it was the lowest price ever which will never happen as there well known for being a rip off what ever they put there name to not to mention poor quality of product or service only a fool with more money than sense would use them

When I got to the payment page, I had to go onto my bank app to authorise payment, once authorised I went back onto your site, however, every time I got to this stage, your page kept reverting back to the initial page.
In the end, I contacted you by phone + made my payment this way instead

The policy offered accident cover for roughly same price as some that didn’t. Also confirmed home and away coverage for a specific item which other companies did not refer to.
Quite a straightforward experience to purchase which was allowed well in advance of start date.

Excellent from start to finish, I also have all my house insurance too plus I have been a member of the AA for as long as I remember!!

Had car insurance renewal price and so shocked they have doubled the price, nothing has changed, clear licences, same car, no claims got full no claims as well. Everything the same other than the car a year older from last year. They wanted £1200 !, Called them up and did a live chat and no explanation other than it's what their system comes up with. So PLEASE do check your renewals when they come through, I have now managed to get a good reputable car insurance price for £700 less than what they wanted to charge, even cheaper than it was with them this last year. The compare sites I used, none of them had a quote as high as AA, please be careful
