Telephone conversation was excellent with AA staff person who explained what was available to me. No need to follow the tiresome and too complicated ‘On line only’ system with uploading no claims, etc, etc. Having joined I can still view my membership insurance details on line with normal log-in and password.

After trolling through plenty of portential companies I finaly found AA and they ticked every box. The cover and the lower price sold itself. I would say it was by far the easiest insurance to organise.

Cannot understand why my car insurance would not show in my AA app that shows my breakdown cover. Was told i had to register with another email. App needs changing

Hi Hayley, we can see your Breakdown cover is provided through your bank. As it's not directly with the AA, it can't be linked to your other cover, so you'll need separate online accounts for each.

Opting in rather than opting out.
Prefer to speak to a ‘live’ agent to confirm full understanding of policy at all times - do not like having to opt out of the automatic renewal rather than opting in.
