Tried numerous times to update bank…

Tried numerous times to update bank details, dispite bank approving authorisation and being then returned to the Tails site my card has not updated and as there is no contact number you can not speak to anyone. Plus I also requested a change in the food for the dog and again nothing updated. No doubt there will be a company who will want my business out there , Just had a phone call from Becca and problem now sorted out and account now up and running thanks

Service is ok

Service is ok, seems to have a problem with the system when ever I upgrade my dogs account and try to adjust her order it never works, puppy enjoys the meat but keeps going off the kibble and I have my doubts if each shipment is individual designed for the pets as my daughter dog has the same kibble as the puppy and her dog is 12 years old and it appears to be the same kibble dispite having different ailments.

Depending on their profile details (such as breed, age, allergens, etc.), we can tailor multiple recipe's, and I'd love for us to explore their options to see if there are any changes we can make to find something they'll love.

Your puppy’s recipe and feeding plan are individually tailored for them, using all of their profile details—including age, breed, activity level, and any specific health needs. Once I have your details, I’d be happy to explain the differences in recipe between your pup and your daughter’s dog. While some kibble pieces may look similar, the tailored blends are designed to meet their individual needs.

I’ll reach out directly to help with any changes to your puppy’s recipe and make sure everything is working as it should.

Good service

Good service, would have been five stars but site doesn't make it clear if product is lace up or slip on , picture appeared to show the same product which I had previously bought, upon arrival totally different to the picture. Couldn't be bothered to send them back

Good service worth the money

Good service, pup seems to enjoy the food, but then again dogs will eat anything, if you follow the guidelines for the weight of the dog the amount of food you order is spot on,

Had relief staff in-store who didn't…

Had relief staff in-store who didn't know were the order was, after finding order I purchased 3 other items, upon getting home I found that only 2/3 had been paid for and the 3rd had not been even put in the bag or even charged for

Good choice of products, pricing on tents were slightly confusing, good have done with a few more staff on shop floor to help with any queries.
