I went in the Penrith Go Outdoors for the first time because I'd forgotten my boots and wanted a new pair anyway. I was served by Tony whose customer service and knowledge was excellent. I ended up buying a pair of Scarpa Boreas boots and they are great boots. The store was very big and well laid out. I would visit again if I was in the area. Thank you.

Just ineffective and inefficient customer service. I was coming to the end of a 12 month SIM only deal, but overall, the end of a 3 year contract. I was happy with the service provided in terms of coverage. So, I looked for a new deal and saw that my previous provider Vodafone, had a good deal. You would think it would be simple to have a chat about price matching? Wrong. It was so difficult. One woman answered and immediately said "can you ring back tomorrow" before I'd even started talking. The next one I couldn't properly understand and within a minute, she'd sent me a PAC code! They really have no idea about customer service and that has to be the fault of Senior Managers at this company. A good phone answering problem solving customer service is paramount. A really, really poor show. I start a new contract with Vodafone today.

I had some money to invest. Atom offered a good rate. They answered the phone quickly so I knew I could talk to a person if needed and that it wasn't just an online account. Easy to download the app and set up security and easy to deposit my money via online transfer.

I went in for a Cadac Safari Chef 2 and following the staff advice, bought a Safari Chef 30. (Basically it's the same product with a different name). All staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly. Molli was the staff member who served me and she price matched my purchase. Great customer service all round.

This is the first time we have been with Jet2 and did so because we wanted a holiday abroad but our usual hotel was booked up. We found the staff were all happy, hardworking and friendly. If we were looking for a different area again, we would use Jet2 again without hesitation. Their prices were competitive, inclusive of everything (flights/transfers/accomodation/food and drink) and their communication was excellent at every stage. We were greeted by staff at all stages from check in, to airport and back again, which made things less stressful. A great service.

DO NOT use this company despite any positive reviews. It is robotic live chat! You cannot speak to anyone! You cannot upload more than one test result even if you buy 2 or more! This is a SCAM and they steal your money! We now have to pay more and are stressed to try and organise a face to face live test in a nearby city. We don't know if we will lose the holiday money. DO NOT use!

Mobiles.co.uk answered all my questions and gave me confidence to make the purchase. I'm now with another top network with a good phone at a good price. I obtained a quote online for an iphone6 and said it was faulty. There was no option to describe the fault in any detail but the wifi button was greyed out and wouldn't connect to wifi. The quote was £72. The postal bag and receipt arrived quick and they were quick to reply but only offered £20. That was insulting so I requested the phone back. They did send it back quick too. Their service was speedy and they kept in good communication. However this review is a 3 star because of the waste of everyone's time. They also wrote the reference number on the original box which doesnt help me to resell it. The online form should include a section to explain the fault where it is known, then the quote can reflect the true value or you should be able to speak to a technician before a quote is given and a decision made to send your property off.

I ordered 30 bulbs. Twenty were the same and ten were a different size in crushed boxes and looked second hand. I had tried and tried to contact them but they just repeated the same information on the 'ticket' without reading or understanding what you are saying. I thought that it was rubbish customer service and so I posted my review on Trustpilot. I have since been contacted by the company who have provided new bulbs and have therefore solved my problem with them and so I have reviewed my rating accordingly. I have to say that they performed good service recovery.
