Very quick availability for installation. Installed the next working day after I moved home. The engineer came in the morning, explained what he was doing. And was friendly. Openreach kept me informed of the engineer visit.

The gym is clean and the trainers are friendly and helpful. I spend lots of time at this gym and its such a pleasure to work out here. The classes are excellent. There is a good variety of classes, and it's great that there are weekday classes at 9.15 a.m. - perfect for attending after school drop-off. I love the Olympic weightlifting classes; it's great to have this opportunity to learn something new.

I was easily able to book an assessment for an energy performance certificate, with a few days notice, using this site. The assessor turned up as scheduled, then uploaded the EPC within a day of me providing him with the additional information requested. Very happy with the service provided at reasonable cost.
Jasmin Blades phoned me to discuss my needs. She was very helpful in discussing potential estate agents to contact for valuations and also contacted them on my behalf. It was a helpful discussion, which also stimulated me to start the process for the sale of my home.

I am delighted with this book. It is a good quality book with lovely illustrations. Being able to include our own photo and personal message was a bonus that added to the personalised feel. I am looking forward to enjoying this book with my daughter (age 5).
Solicitor went through each clause in the agreement explaining them clearly and checking how it applied to my situation. Afterwards when I still felt unsure about a particular clause and requested a callback, they called immediately and got it amended for me. They handled all communication with my employer, keeping me informed always. Made a difficult situation as pain-free as possible.
Had a PCR test for travel. It was a quick process at their travel upcentre. Results arrived within 24 hrs.

It was not clear when I bought a book that I was being automatically signed up to a membership. There was an email with the order confirmation for my book, but no email to say I had been signed up for a membership. I only realised when I looked at my bank statement that £15 a month was coming out of my account. How do they manage to get away with such underhand tactics. Will be complaining to trading standards.

Mohammad and his teammate worked tirelessly to move my belongings (from my second floor flat to another second floor flat, with no lift in either building). They were careful in handling the items. Excellent customer service. They reply to emails within a day. Of the two items I ordered, one was not in stock. I didn't want to wait. They agreed to refund the item that was not in stock and posted out the other item to me immediately. This is the way customer service should be :)
Extremely pleased with the bike, the service, and with myself ;) for having discovered this company. The delivery of my daughter's bike was originally booked for 4 Jan. After the Christmas U-turn due to Covid a few days ago and the disappointment of not being able to visit the grandparents for Christmas, I tried to rebook for 24 Dec. Although initially saying that all Christmas delivery slots were taken up, ultimately they did manage to get the bike delivered on 24 Dec, despite such short notice and at a very busy time of the year. I was very delighted to be able to give it to my daughter on Christmas day. The bike is very good quality. Very pleased with the high standard of service by both bike club and the delivery company Panther.

I have been trying since Friday (the past 4 days) to get a new phone deal. But it doesn't progress beyond the personal details page; I get an 'Oops unexpected error' page. It's so frustrating! And there is no phone number you can contact.
