Fast delivery. Carried it out to yard for me.

Delivery was done in a timely and professional way by the two staff however what I ordered from the company was not what I received I ordered a power recliner and received a Manuel recliner instead

Luke went above and beyond today to ensure my parcel was delivered. Due to some incorrect information from the postman my order was accidentally delivered to a similar address. The error was rectified quickly and efficiently. Luke carried the parcel into my home and was very apologetic for the mix up. Extremely happy the error was resolved so quickly and I can now relax for the rest of the day.

Although the tracking and order updates were very good the delivery men themselves were the complete opposite.
Both arrived huffing and puffing, talking between themselves in their own language. Before even bringing any items in I showed one of the men where the items were going, he instantly said “that’s going to be a problem”. For reference I am 8 months pregnant and the “problem” item was a nursing chair.
They took the flat pack boxes to the designated room, with lots more huffing and moaning and then it was time for the chair. They almost dropped it 3 times then stopped at the first doorway saying there was no way it was going to fit. I could see that it would so asked if they could change the angle but they refused. They were very unwilling to even try and made me feel very uncomfortable so agreed to leave it in the room they dumped it in.
When my partner got home he got the chair through the “impossible” doorway and upstairs by himself, no problem at all.
Very disappointing experience.

My very large parcel was put inside the door for me.

Given a day for delivery, couldn’t change it. Given a time slot day before and I couldn’t make that so sent a message the night before to see if they could change it. Receive message T 7.20 next morning to take a look and didn’t receive a message or call back to see if it could be moved. Called customer services and told can’t move time so will need to rebook and again won’t be advised until night before of timeslot. Not great customer service!

The deliveries were excellent. Unfortunately the supplier, Samsung, hadnt informed me that there would be two deliveries, so I thought part of the order was missing. However, all good now.

What a bunch of jokers. They say "our ethos has always been centred around ensuring that the customer is permanently top of mind across every stage of the delivery process"

Well what a load of rubbish.

Email received - we will deliver between 10:55 - 12:55. Fantastic. Well 12:55 has gone. No updates given. Website still says this. An hour later the website now says that delivery will be between 18:00 and 20:00 (no communication received about this) and that the driver did not leave the depot until after 13:00. 20:00 arrives and passes, still no delivery (Guess what no communication). Let's check the details, oh, on drop 25 of 29. Never gets past this point. Driver has obviously given up and gone home. Fast forward to this morning. Check website as no emails - delivery completed, goes and checks, nope nothing there. Looks at time, hang on I was in the front garden at that time. Someone is lying. Get on to support. Told that the update was a mistake. Can not tell me when delivery will be attempted can only tell me that it will be rescheduled. When will this be? Rescheduling will take place later today, I will be told. I won't hold my breath. Service agent (Evie) left chat whilst I was still typing. Website updated an hour later now saying that the delivery is postponed with a reason of "Postponed within SLA" (Still no update received other than those I have sought myself).

The only thing at the top of AIT's mind was profit, not the customer. Communication - poor. Evry are bad but AIT take Evry's service level and move it downwards.

Delivery guys updated regularly and rang when they were 20 minutes away
