Excellent delivery service. Provided an estimated time of delivery, a link for live delivery tracking, and a phone call before arriving. Even was away from the property but called the driver to let them know I was on my way back to the property to collect and they were happy to wait 10mins then happily brought the large boxes into the property safely.

I had a time slot given to me of 07.16 and 09.16. I hoped I would still be able to make it to work after delivery. The delivery didn't happen until after 13.00. I had tried to contact the company, not possible as a tracking number was not given. When the men finally turned up they told me their van had broken down and they had to load their deliveries into a new van to deliver. I was the first one on their list so they were way behind time by now. I just wished I could of received a phone call or text explaining why they were late. This is my experience. The men were very nice and helpful when they arrived.

Able to track the delivery in real time on a map which was helpful along with the delivery slot forwarded the night before and a phone call half an hour before delivery. Cheerful, polite delivery men. Quick and easy.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service I received. The parcel was not delivered within the time frame that you specified, despite me paying an additional £35 for express delivery.

Unfortunately, I do not feel that the service provided was genuinely express, and there was also no apology or acknowledgement from the drivers when the parcel was eventually delivered.

As I specifically paid an extra £35 for an express delivery service and this service was not provided as promised, I feel that I am entitled to appropriate compensation, including reimbursement of the £35 express delivery charge.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve this failure in service.

Fast delivery from first contact to fulfilment.
From first ordering to recieving my item, was literally a couple of days.
Delivery was perfect, to the room required in. Good lads checked contents in good condition.
