Not worth £177 for delivery
Walked on my new ivory carpets with wet shoe covers when I’d specifically asked if they could take their shoes off leaving a mark on the carpet and left marks on a bedroom wall in a bedroom that was completely empty and had plenty of room to manoeuvre. Plus they left the mattress downstairs as they said they wouldn’t be able to get it up there-we did!

Delivery service ruined an otherwise straightforward purchase — avoid ElectricShop
Booked delivery and installation of a new washing machine, including removal of the old one. The delivery team refused to remove the old machine, claiming the space was too tight to pull it out — yet somehow the machine managed to get in there in the first place, which makes that excuse hard to accept. I had to pull the old machine myself which I managed with no hassle. They also declined to install the new machine, citing concerns about damaging pipes during connection — a standard part of an appliance installation that competent fitters handle routinely.
The result: I was left with no washing machines to use having paid for a full installation service.
ElectricShop uses a third-party delivery company ( AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd) for white goods. If things go wrong, you're caught between them and a contractor who won't do the job. Until this changes, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere — it's not worth the risk.

Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. If you can avoid using them, do. Two deliveries of separate items delivered late. One weekend delivery scheduled for a Saturday was brought the following Monday with no communication until 3.30pm on the Saturday it was meant to arrive.
They tried to refuse the trade in item when they brought the new unit.
Unacceptable shoddy.

I would like to express how pleased and satisfied I am with the service I received. My mattress arrived in excellent condition and the quality is absolutely fantastic. It has exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy with my purchase.
I would also like to give special praise to the delivery team. Both the driver and his helper were extremely polite, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the delivery process. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even better.
