Communication is good
I was informed of the delivery date, and the night before I was given an estimated delivery time within a specified time window. However, on the morning of the delivery, I was only contacted with 10 minutes’ notice before the delivery arrived. Perhaps it would be helpful to provide a little more notice before the actual delivery.

Really terrible service
Really terrible service. Had paid for installation of washing machine and installers said there was no hose. When challenged if that was then a faulty product they shrugged their shoulders and told us to get in contact with the company we purchased from. They waited in the van while I checked this. When i checked the machine myself the hose was in fact inside the machine. They then very reluctantly installed the machine and one rolled their head round in the van before coming back inside. They had to borrow our tools so had seemingly attended unprepared. When they left we checked the installation ourselves. They had put the water hose on back to front, had not removed all the transport bolt fittings from the back of the machine (which had we not checked would have voided warranty if we then used the machine and it broke), did not push the machine back in all the way (because the hose had been put on the wrong way), did not check the machine was level and had failed to replace a side panel to our counter unit, despite being reminded twice. We ended up having to undo all their work and redo it ourselves properly. Pointless paying for installation. Have reported back to the purchasing company but no resolution offered as yet. Their overall attitude and service was awful, they clearly did not want to do the installation or did not know how to do it and ultimately attended unprepared to do so, which leads me to believe there was zero intention from the start.
