You guys delivered a broken TV
You guys delivered a TV, I noticed when the helper opened the door if the van it was sitting in the middle of the floor on the flat.
After unboxing and plugging it in I noticed the screen was broken. I would be pretty certain the way it was in the van was the cause of this as I have handle 1000s of TVs and loaded vans with them also.
You never transport a TV like this flat where it can slide around the van. Now I'm having to go through the anguish of returning it.

Kept me informed as to when they would be with me.
Helped me with putting the mattress on the bed as , being elderly, I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

Awful guys, so rude and told me to hurry up. Made me pay for their parking and couldn’t even install a washing machine correctly

Reliable delivery service
Communication regarding delivery updates was very helpful. Delivery team very polite & respectful of home. I didn’t request assembly of the beds service but they were placed in correct rooms of choice.
