Called twice to tell me the delivery time (outside the time window given by text). Arrived at the wrong property and needed to be guided in. Delivery unloaded by 2 people as they were heavy items and they planned to leave outside the front door until I asked them to bring them inside. Positive - they kept in contact, negative delivery and timing.

Mattress delivery was late and very hurried
Mattress delivery was 2 hours late. The men were abrupt and in a great hurry. “Unpacking” consisted of opening one end of the mattress box. They refused to take the packaging away. They did take the old mattress as pre-requested. Altogether a very different experience to the majority on this website.

From start to finish great customer service. Received notification re date of delivery. On the day was giving a time slot and received a call 30 minutes before arrival. My order required 2 people who were extremely busy on the day, considering my delivery was late afternoon the guys were friendly & polite. Overall great service.
