Excellent service.

Not very impressed, non of the staff were particularly polite in my opinion, apart from the man who examined my eyes, he was very nice. Slightly better service then spec savers but would not reccommend them to my family or friends, probably will go somewhere else next time.

Said it would be delivered late in the day, so went out in morning and when I came home around 11.30am, they had been already, so I had to go to there collection point to pick it up. NOT A GOOD SERVICE.

For a start the staff are not very pleasant to deal with ever, and the time quoted for the full service and MOT was completely wrong making me wait an extra 2 hours to collect my car, and again the staff were very apologetic. And since I have had the service done my car has not been running as well as it was before the service. I have been going to in n out for the last few years for my MOT and service but it will be the last time I go, I have had enough!

Had to wait awhile for delivery and delivery was expensive, but the price of the toilet was very good value cheaper then I could find for a similar style at the major DIY retailers.
When I inspected the toilet pan closely I noticed it had a hair line crack in it and informed Victoria Plumbs customer service by email, NEVER HEARD FROM THEM APART FROM A automated response confirming the receipt of my email, SAYING THEY WOULD CONTACT ME ASAP, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!
So I would rate there customer service, no stars out of 5.
Decided to keep the toilet as the crack would be covered up by the cistern, and when the plumber fitted it the toilet looks very nice, ,apart from the toilet seat not fitting flush in the middle ( fits over to the right which niggles me, and no adjustment)
And no fitting kit included in the purchase of the toilet, apart from that it flushes good but will wait to see how it is in a few years time.
