Ok, workshop good service etc but parts are expensive. Compared to other independent garages I use.
Saying that they were able to do the task immediately. So just unfortunate.

Shame they don't last longer than 3 months in our very hard water area & we use with a britta filter too but best we have found

Seemed slow delivery but I think that wasn't yodels fault

An update for you. We have now been using your Britta alternative cartridge & would like to offer some feedback. 

We live in a very hard water area & also have a cartridge on the kitchen drinking tap which requires changing 3 -6 months.

The water jug is filled from this tap. The refillable cartridge you supply is at best flimsy & though filled & assembled properly raises some issues .at 2 weeks the filter clogs & requires agitating but as it jams in the housing of the jug cannot easily be removed. The top of the filter however comes away too easily as it is flimsy.  Also the small mesh filter on top of the cartridge requires rinsing as it also blocks. The cartridge also required recharging at 1 month as significant scale was apparent in our Kettle.

It's a shame as I really wanted this to work & help save using plastic but for us it's not a usable option in our area so back to the Maxtra cartridges. As this is so I also cant recommend this to anyone else.
