Everything arrived fast but the quality and care in the products is poor now. What used to be a super thoughtful brand with great products just seems to me mass produced Chinese rubbish now. The gloves I got for example, the components all have massive excess inside the glove so are uncomfortable to wear. There was also 7 pages of labels sewn inside and when removed they left the seam they were attached too baggy which immediately turned into a hole. I’ve not even warn them yet!

Got this free with Revolut and it’s the first fitness app I’ve tried. Varied workouts and it has pushed me to try new things, it’s been great to mindlessly follow and it has pushed me to greater feats! Finished my first ‘journey’ (strength and endurance) and I now have abs and shoulders I didn’t have before and can burpee for hours so guess it has worked. Still in development with new features being added but some basic stuff seems to be missing unless you do the ‘ultimate strength’ journey (couldn’t add the weight I did exercises with?!) but maybe they’ll put them in other journeys soon. For what I want I think I’d pay but it’s great for free!

Great range of products and friendly knowledgable staff. However, I did have a part of my order out of stock and I didn’t get a call to fix the order till the Monday (ordered express delivery Friday morning expecting Saturday delivery). They did upgrade my post however.

I had a puncture hours after picking up the van for no good reason. Informed the van company on return and paid well over the odds for it. 2 month, 3 phone calls and several emails and I am still waiting for any money. Progress was only ever made when I called bar one time when there was an email sent. Total pita... However, staff were always very pleaent and efficient each time I spoke to them and I am getting my money back so it's not a total failure. Will avoid all this and take out insurance with the hire company next time!
