I had an incredible experience at Valhalla Tattoo Studio from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lee and Michelle, who instantly made me feel welcome and at home. The studio has such a great atmosphere, and I was even offered a drink while Michelle got everything ready.
Michelle was brilliant—she nailed the placement straight away and made sure I was 100% happy before starting. Throughout the session, she was so attentive, checking in to see if I was okay or needed a break. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result; her work is stunning! Before I left, she talked me through the aftercare in great detail. I honestly can’t recommend Valhalla enough. If you’re looking for a talented and friendly team, you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered the Oddballs bamboo boxers, I was a bit unsure until I received them. The boxers are incredibly soft and very comfortable. Will definitely be buying more in the future

I recently purchased two hydro pressure bottles, along with pre wash and snow foam. One of the bottles doesn’t build pressure, however still does work. The pre wash and snow foam are brilliant. Very easy to use, you get good coverage. I would highly recommend the hydro products. Very happy!

I recently purchased a case for my iPhone. The case itself is very good, case arrived very quickly. The website was very easy to use, navigation was simple. Once I place my order, I was kept updated by email with the status of my order. Will definitely use again.

Purchased a frame for a bike build with their integrated bar system. When the frame arrived, everything was incredibly well packed. Once unpacked, you notice how light the frame is. A couple of parts to do with the headset were supplied incorrectly, Handsling were helpful for work arounds. Unfortunately they didn’t offer to send out the correct parts. Handsling were very helpful with advice during the build, very friendly. Now the bike is built, very fast, light and very agile. This bike is fast and looks awesome. Thank you Handsling

Ordered a pair of custom sutro sweeps during a 30% off period; when the glasses arrived unfortunately they were defective. Contacted customer services by email (24hr turn around), responded by I could have a 10% discount off list price and send them back or have a refund as a replacement colour wasn’t in stock. I was happy to receive a different colour frame but Oakley were not interested, they not willing to wait for a replacement to be in stock either. Over a week of emails, I ended up having to chasing as wasn’t receiving replies. I sent the glasses back for a refund. I called to make a complaint. Was advised I would get a call by the end of the weekend. Over a week later still not received a call back. Still waiting for the refund as well. I won’t be using Oakley again. My advice is, don’t use!!

Ordered a bike box after a lot of research, was surprised how quickly the item arrived. Was expecting 5 days approximately, arrived within two days. Sigma Sports continues to impress

Wheels were expected week 4 of July, didn’t receive until week 3 of August (probably due to COVID). Once received, both tyres were deflated with no sealant in both. Once I had sorted the tyres, the wheels roll very well indeed.

Needed some more gels, surprised by the lack of choice in the flavours. Once the order was received, the gels had a short shelf life. There was a general lack of choice across the range, the food I needed was out of stock.

Very helpful, friendly, quick to respond and great customer service. I highly rate this bike shop.
