Rotten dirty scammers, thieves and criminals. No where did it state a £4.99 a month offer was for a minimum fixed term of 12 months. I'll never use Now or Sky ever again. Every other streaming service can be cancelled at any time. Thieves.
Absolute joke of a company. Ordered materials online on the 9th, delivery company sent text advising delivery between 9:00 and 12:00 on the 12th, waited in all day and no delivery was made. The 'tracking' now doesn't show any delivery date... I have no idea when or if the materials I purchased will ever even show up...

The skirting was delivered and packaged well, but primer paint finish is awful. it's heavily dimpled orange peel over the whole of every board. it's like it's been artexed it's so textured. I gave it a sand with a random orbital sander and it's still lumpy. I'm going to have to try and remove all the primer paint from nine 3 meter 145mm boards, or just scrap the nearly £200 worth of skirting and go to wickes instead.

I normally buy online as it's a fair trek to Denby. Everything arrived OK and well packaged. But it seems you don't get the best quality of 'hand made' variance in the Halo range when buying online. In store you get better quality even in a random off the shelf pick than you do ordering online. Update: Denby contacted me and arranged for a collection of my item and delivery of a new item that was perfect. Thier customer service was excellent, Thanks 🙂

What a first rate customer service! I was contacted soon after placing my printer order online, to confirm my choice. And told my purchase would be processed and shipped that day for delivery the next day. I was then called the following morning to confirm the delivery time slot, and it arrived just a few minutes later. The item was delivered by parcel force, and the immaculate condition of the box eluded to very careful transportation. The price of the printer was also very competitive, so I am very happy with the experience.

FILTHY, LYING, DISGUSTING, COMPANY!!! once they have your money, forget about customer service. They sent the WRONG basin on a £600 vanity cabinet and after countless emails and responses on this site, over months they do NOTHING!
They just lie to you and say "the manufacturers have been informed" I didn't buy the item from the manufacturers... I bought it from Victorian Plumbing!
After months of emails and waiting it became obvious they were going to do NOTHING.
So we had to ask the plumber to source the correct basin from another supplier at a cost of over £300 just for the basin plus fitting.
We will NEVER! use this company again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
