Good price offered, but won't allow me to watch on the device of my choice (my tablet).

The service from Now TV has been incredibly poor. I have repeatedly tried to resolve a simple cancellation, and all I get are generic responses asking me to “wait for a few days.” No action is taken, communication is slow and unhelpful, and the whole process has been extremely frustrating.
Customer service has shown a total lack of urgency or accountability, and this has completely eroded my trust in the company. I will not be using Now TV again.

Don't listen to the nonsense people are posting here. Now TV is a very competent and well designed service which offers lots of benefits over traditional Sky TV (Q or Stream)
Firstly, you can use Now app everywhere, instead of being tethered to your puck or Q box.
Secondly, the discounts on offer are great - Entertainment for between 2 and 5 a month; cinema for 4 a month, Sports for 17.99 a month and Ultraboost for 4.
Thirdly, the HBO collection is fantastic.
Some negative or irritating things stopping this film getting a 5 star review.
The device support for 4K isn't the best. Also some of it makes zero sense - Chromecast Ultra supports 4k but the new Google Streamer 4k doesn't??
The fact Unboosted packages are only 720p.
Overall, very very happy with Now and it's a much better option than Sky for most people.
I signed up to watch a specific show, but they only have the last 3 series! False advertising!
I was watching a specific series on Amazon Video, for months, then it became chargeable. I joined up to watch this specific series because it would be much cheaper! I checked the NowTV many times before joining. Once I signed up and paid, I was extremely disappointed to learn they only had the last 3 series on their platform. You can only check the exact content after signing up and paying. They advertise as if they have the whole series available with instant access! Because it was 'cancel anytime' , I requested a refund and cancellation within minutes of realizing this. The bot/chat function wasnt working that evening, so aware of the 14 day cooling off period, I tried to cancel 4 days later. The person on the chat said I was in 12 month minimum contract, no cooling off period, cos I accepted all the conditions! This is complete rubbish! A customer can change their mind within the 14 day cooling off period,and get a full refund. It's the law! They sent me an automated email a few days later, citing the same rubbish! I've been charged a second month and contacted them again last Wednesday, and someone higher up was supposd to contact me with a solution. I have not heard anything back! The chat bot is a complete waste of time. I would prefer to speak to a human being in the customer service department. I have not watched or logged in to the platform because none of the other content appeals o me. Reading all the other negative reviews, I believe that NOWTV to be scammers, and would advise anyone to keep clear of this company!

This streaming service is operated by Sky TV, but its like the worst kind of scam. They've taken 100s off of me with a (second, consecutive to my actual subscription) mystery subscription I can't track to an email or using the code from my bank account provided with the transaction. When i realised, i tried to get them to look in to it. Try talking to them? Oh my God. Forget it, its impossible to get the same person on email twice, they ask you the same pointless questions again and again and claim youve provided no previous info, half the time your email bounces, and their chat on the website times out in the background so you get 3 minutes then you're booted out. Ive sent them bank statements the whole 9 yards and all i get is "provide your card details" Do **not sign up, they'll rip you off then ignore you. Beware.

2 stars because they do have some good shows and films. However, the app is the worst of any platform! Extremely slow, and not user friendly. Viewing quality dips in and out when watching a film. I could live with the adverts if it wasn’t such a bad app.

Awful internet, bad service, infuriating experience overall,

- Infuritingly long phone menu options options before you can get to a human on the phone. You have to listen to all the options everytime before you can pick one because your time doesn't matter.
- Customer service guys are nice but completely helpless.

If there's ANY other option available in your area please go with them whoever they are. You really cannot get much worse than NowTV

What a disgusting, disgraceful pile of rubbish this site is. They advertise 12 months for £2.99 yet when you click the offer it takes you to a bank payment page saying £9.99. You try to use their live chat and it's just a complete garbage automated bot that doesn't let you bypass to reach a human. Is there even any human customer service??? Stick your rubbish site!

Still refusing to send me the confirmation email that they are insisting they sent even though they didn’t and I have the email they sent which doesn’t state anything that they’re saying! Still continuing to send long winded copy and paste emails that say a lot without saying anything. Have again requested the original and and/or a deadlock letter so I can contact the Ombudsman.

No where did it state a £4.99 a month offer was for a minimum fixed term of 12 months.
I'll never use Now or Sky ever again.

Wanted to leave, offered a discount so I stayed. They surreptitiously added on 'Ultra Boost' so started charging me over twice what I was paying before I tried to leave. Constantly trying to con people out of money. Shows they really don't trust people to buy their product willingly.
Awful customer service made it easier to end my contract with them
Initially I considered moving with them to a new flat, however, when I called them the process was so convoluted and ambiguous, ending up including hidden costs by changing charging dates, which goes against everything they wrote on their website, that I decided it is best to simply end my contract with them.
The customer service when I tried to move was especially awful, unable to explain anything clearly, and simply stating again and again that they are following protocols. Incredibly poor experience.

I signed up to now cinema reduced to £4.99, cancel anytime. Icancelled Feb 9th and received the email to say it was cancelled. They are still charging me and are now saying it's a 12 month contract. I only signed up to watch one film. Will contact the regulator later today
Poor subscription and trial information.
Subscription model gets you into a 12 month subscription in the guise of a monthly trial. Adverts and poor selection on basic package.
