Wanted to leave, offered a discount so I stayed. They surreptitiously added on 'Ultra Boost' so started charging me over twice what I was paying before I tried to leave. Constantly trying to con people out of money. Shows they really don't trust people to buy their product willingly.

Great experience at the Bristol shop. Thomas was really helpful with gait analysis trying a selection of shoes. Informative, friendly and no hard sell. Surprised at how good value the shoes were too. Would 100% recommend.

Unfortunately awful customer service. Don't have the power to move seats for the stadium event despite free seats still available, ended up splitting us up into individual seats when we wanted to pay more for a non-reduced seat. Passive aggressive the whole time. Wish we could have direct contact with the actual people organising the event rather than this incredibly unhelpful intermediary. Can't use our tickets now as they have split up our family.

Left me and my 9 month old child stranded on Christmas day for despite booking a month beforehand. Don't use this firm if you are depending on them turning up

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Still haven't refunded my travel agent 61 weeks after the flight was cancelled.

SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stole >£1200 of my money. Flight cancelled 61 weeks ago. Airline offering refunds for 9 months. No phone lines to contact. Only message is 'it can take longer than expected to get refunds.' My travel insurance won't even pay out because I'm entitled to a full refund from the travel agency.
Review over Jetabroad
Had a Ryanair flight cancelled in March 2020. Jetabroad claimed to have not received a refund. I retrieved the exact amount, date, time and transaction reference number from Ryanair and forwarded to Jetabroad. Since then they have ignored five emails over many weeks, having previously responded. No contact number to be found. They appear to be stealing from people now.
