Wanted to make simple request to change programmes selection on now tv. Impossible! Filled don’t know how many Webb messages..useless. Sent emails…ignored.
Impossible to speak to human being. Just don’t want contact….with paying member!

New boiler installed May, included Hive thermostat and hub for app. Tested by engineer worked ok, not tried to use again until end September. Boiler works, hub for app to control boiler on mobile would not connect to internet. Contacted Hive..not easy. Eventually connected to “hive assistant” not personally but by text AI system. Went through checks on hub ,took 40 mins, all recorded on the app. Concluded hub faulty report to customer services and they will send replacement.Did number of times by email, reply “ we can’t deal with issue by mail . Tried more email to customer complaints, eventually heard from one of Managers, Mr Dovydas went through checks whole issue again wanted to check report so, booked call for day for him to phone me…he didn’t. Sent extracts of the hive assistant comments on app. Have now sent further 5 emails over last month all ignored, no replacement hub sent after their system show faulty.
Worst company for customer service ever dealt with!

Great service from Elle at Tower Houseware, sorted “problem” with fault on air fryer resulting in guarantee claim going on for some months. She suddenly appeared from somewhere and resolved the issue, very
quickly which to her credit and Tower resulted in me receiving new replacement.

Some staff seem to need little more training!
Bought admittedly cheap wall clock, plastic face, some idiot stuck a label with order and name on right across the face. Imagine trying to remove this without scratching surface….yes impossible. Glue spread all over face and impossible to clean off, just spread more.
No thought, why not put on back?

Ordered cat bowls…/PO-210-09431437852711785. 1 arrived damaged, reported and credit granted £6.79.reordered same product …minimum order to use credit balance £15. How is this FULL REFUND
Don’t understand your comments.sent emails to 4 addresses all rejected.Obviously don’t want customers to contact Temu. This only way to respond..hopefully
You say order has to be min £15….strange my order was £6.70 that was accepted why difference when I tried to reorder as order delivered damaged. Refund agreed but don’t want this credited to my account…refund to my credit card. Not intending to place further orders.
Let’s see if this gets anywhere

Reviewed last year…much worse service ever since. Continual loss of phone service numerous times…latest 11 days and continuing. CEO doesn’t even reply to emails anymore and certainly doesn’t pass to anyone to sort out problem
Checked service on line this am…they did check….working fine! Logged on to support….” do you know your phone number”! Are you account holder….cant trace that account! How bad can they get! Absolutely useless from top down.

good product..induction hob. Original hob bought approx 9 months..failed! reported under warranty.Ciarra asked for video showing unit plugged into supply and control being used to switch on...to demonstrate not working. Accepted video as evidence, confirmed replacement would be sent out, received within 48 hours.Although first unit failed cant complaint of service on reporting this to Ciarra.

How on earth does the CEO of this company sleep at night! These reviews have to be the worst for ANY company.
Yes I have many problems with them after moving over to Fibre. 15+ emails to CEO so far…always say someone will contact within 3_5 days..they don’t .but is that good service anyway.
Just given notice of cancellation…not paying any early cancellation fee for cancellation…looking forward to my time in Court if they try to sue me!!
As MANY customers say in these reviews DO NOT USE in you want good service and STRESS free life!
Not surprising 160000 customers have left this year….so far!!!!!

Upgraded to full fibre with Talktalk on 28 June.engineer completed all work within hour or so, no problem. Now takenTT 8 DAYS to reconnect phone. Waste of time phoning Emailed CEO ms T Harrison who passed to “ complaint “dept, quick response…they are investigating.
Last I have heard other than engineer will investigate in3/5 Days. Is that reasonable? Have complained 2/3 times daily to CEO…don’t even get response any longer
About to cancel contract and TT can collect their property. What CEO would allow complaints to continue and do nothing Ms T H does!,
Not surprising TT has the worst reputation in country for customer service..Why do people use them!
