Would rather have had my parcel…

Would rather have had my parcel delivered like normal deliveries pain in the bu#. Been there today got very wet trying to work it cide doesn't work so my parcel will now be returned stick to traditional couriers whi actually deliver to your do waste of time.

Very miss leading signed up for one…

Very miss leading signed up for one month trial didn't see it of any use lots of websites block it as soon as It got auto renewed I contacted customer services didn't care just sent ad link on the policies waste of money rip off.

Avoid at all costs save yourself a…

Avoid at all costs save yourself a headache and money and book directly through the ferry compony. Second time they've Cancleled my ferry before I've started my holiday cost me an extra 140 pounds to book directly through Caledonian ferries as direct ferries canceled and only returned half the money I paid (I didn't cancel they did). No phone number to speak to anybody for help all rubbish ai chat no use at all avoid or you will probably have your ferry cancelled and they will only return half the money you paid rip off compony.

My reply.....no point your agents are useless totally ripped me off cancelled my ferry ( funny when I phoned Caledonian ferry's they said they hadn't cancelled it their end thanks very much for ruining my holiday Do not book through direct ferry's book directly through the ferry's website as direct ferry's block book overbook and cancel

As I said in my review I'm not accepting your apologise as you cancelled with 4 days to go my holiday is ruined your agents have only paid me half the money back I paid and I've rebooted directly with Caledonian ferry's over the phone (yes they actually have people to speak tovon phones not a crappy ai chat that you use). AVOID USE THR FERRY DIRECT TO BOOK IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY AND WONT DOUBLE BOOK THE FERRY LIKE DIRECT FERRIES). COWBOYS.

Awful experience cancelled my ferry…

Awful experience cancelled my ferry twice for alternative times after I've paid for one car and 1 camper van nobody to speak to no phone number no chats just stupid ai chat don't waste your money book direct it's cheaper and they actually answer thr phone holiday now ruined as I booked my accommodation after the ferry was confirmed amateurs now cost me money.

Thanks for the response direct ferries but speaking to a chat bot is useless I suggest you employ real people and avoid short cuts to saving money also I was offered no compensation because of your error as I booked and paid for my accommodation either your pulling a fast one or you system like your chat bot does not work. I advise anybody who is booking a ferry and doesn't want to speak to a robot book direct also it is much cheaper.

Your booking was not cancelled but could not be confirmed with the chosen departure due no availability. Unfortunately any booking is subject to the availability and as many people all over the world can book at the same time, the availability can change very quickly. So when you have placed your booking request it could not be confirmed as the chosen departure was not available anymore. We have then sent you an email offering the new alternative departure to accept or to reject. At the moment when you have accepted the new departure the availability unfortunately has changed again, as it can change at any moment before the booking is confirmed. We understand that this can eb very frustrating, but unfortunately we do not have any influence on the availability.  If you are not satisfied with your booking then you can cancel or amend it online and within 24 hours of the booking purchase we do not apply any cancellation or amendment fees (only possible price diffirence).

If you need any support with your booking you can get in touch with us at any time by using our messenger either inside My Account or our help centre. 

The decision to channel all our contacts by web rather than by phone was made so that we can provide support in more languages and better triage urgent contacts. As a result, we’re delivering better customer service than ever before with our shortest ever response times.

Tried getting through to the home…

Tried getting through to the home emergency team tonight waited 2 hours in the phone the first person wouldn't help me although I gave him my home address and post code had to log into a stupid app to get my policy number. After waiting another hour and 20 mins on the phone finally got through I will not be renewing my admiral policy wasted 2 hours if my time.

Tried to rearange a parcel for delivery nobody to speak to on the phone all online with mo time so i now have to wait on and waste my day as the parcel has to be signed. Employ somebody to answer the phone please its called customer service.

Happy to take lots of my money 2nd…

Happy to take lots of my money 2nd time.at cp and definetly my last. Charged a small fortune for 3 nights but would not allow us to use the room until 4pm. Only told this via txt message day before. First day completely wasted as we couldnt sit in the pool all day with the dogs as reconmended by the rude staff. Longleat this weekend nothing special fpr the money shabby compared to other cp. If you like walking an hour from the.car park to your room its for you. Everything is overpriced and they dont accept cash. Wish id booked a weekend to new york it would have been cheaper.

Booked for 3 nights upgraded to allow our dogs to come cost a small fortune for 3 nights. Due to go today and found out yesterday we cant have our room until 4pm. Staff very rude in communication told me to use the pool from 10am or sit in the resteraunt. This wasnt clear when booked although staff will say it was on the website. Last time i go to centreparcs rip off company over charge for everything are happy to take lots of your money but will not help or solve iasues. BEWARE BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
