My dog went into parkvets Sidcup, for a toe amputation which I was told, was straight forward she'd be out later that day. I then get a call she'd been sent to fitzpatricks in Guildford as they'd made an error and cut ligaments, she now has a thermal burn the size of a plate on her back due to negligence somewhere along the line, when she recovers I will never use them again

Charged £78 for a job was told I could of done myself, my car was returned empty no petrol in it, radio had been messed with playing full blast, stank of smoke. They kept me up to date with a list of jobs they wanted to do, which I declined due to price, however, they still passed it, will not be using them again

Company does not exist, dose not answer emails, never received item total scam

After waiting in all day I received an email from the yodel driver saying sorry we missed you the fact was they never turned up they said they came at 8:21 and sent a message at 8:23 there was no yodel in sight and no card was left either I suppose on a Saturday night they have better things to do - I would never recommend them or use them in future
