Strange and not very satisfactory experience. As part of placing the order I had to select a delivery date. The delivery date came & went with no communication so I checked on their website to discover that my order was sitting there going nowhere with no delivery date. So I chose one. And lo & behold the freezer was delivered on that date.

Rather disappointing though that despite the website saying that delivery would include bringing the freezer indoors up a maximum of 3 steps the older of the two deliver people attempted to trick me into them leaving the freezer outside. :-/

Items missing from delivery and no response from them

I ordered 50 bare root hedging plants. Only 48 arrived. I let the company know and they've simply ignored me. No response, nothing.

Will not buy from again nor recommend.

Hopeless & useless company - DO NOT USE! They cancelled the first despatch mid-transit for no reason and returned it to B&Q. Second despatch B&Q told me had arrived at their local depot and I received a text from DX giving me a 2 hour slot for delivery and a web address to track it. It didn't arrive and the tracking address was invalid. I rang them and was a queue for over an hour before I gave up. Have told B&Q I will never again order from them unless they stop using this farce of a company for their deliveries.

Too often you answer many questions only to be 'screened out' or told the survey has reached its quota. It then feels like you given your time and they've benefitted with no reward.

I rented a van (BL19WRN) on 7th September 2019 via their new 24/7 service. NEVER AGAIN!

The van had plenty of fuel and I drove just 30 miles in total. The tank was more than half full when I returned it but stupidly I didn't take a photo of the gauge.

4 weeks later (!!!) I get emails from Hertz telling me they have 'fined' me £50 for not topping the van up with the fuel card they provide. The van did not need topping up when I parked it!!! Why would I not have topped it up at no cost to me when I parked it??? There was a fuel station right next to where I dropped it back! Why would it take 4 weeks to notice if I'd left the fuel level too low?

It may be convenient but nigh-on doubling the rental like this means I will never use Hertz 24/7 again. AVOID!

The bare - root tree I ordered has arrived with its roots bone dry. I've soaked it and planted it within hours of its arrival but I fear it will not survive.

XDP delivered the items (ZDBNSP007036) on time and in perfect condition. The driver was helpful and cheerful. I have no reservations in recommending XDP.

Brilliant! I emailed in the morning about an item being in stock. A quick exchange and the item was reserved for me. When I arrived at the store later the item was quickly brought out. Happy, cheerful folks who clearly enjoy what they do. Thank you.
