Probably the safest way online to access the GLP-1 weight loss medications. After a thorough assessment, as part of which you have to agree to your GP being contacted, you join the programme. Through their app you are given access to a qualified nutritionist coach for private support and a peer group of 19 others who are starting at the same time; daily article(s) to read; and a 'toolbox' of resources. You are also sent a recipe book and Bluetooth scales that connect to the app & provide a chart of your progress. The scales are important as they form part of the clinical review that takes place every 4 weeks before you are issued with your next medication 'pen'. At the start the articles cover possible problems with the medication but subsequent ones cover every aspect of looking after yourself and being healthy. Not just food itself but emotional and psychological aspects of losing weight. You are encouraged not to give yourself the first injection until you've been on the programme for a week and read the first set of articles.

The courier was impatient to get to his next delivery. Not what I expect from DPD. Especially disappointing as he'd arrived very near the start of the one hour slot.

Take a read of the reader's experience with this company on the Guardian's website. Horrendous treatment, Love Holidays made a mistake in the booking and then refused to compensate their customer properly. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Plants in better condition and stage of growth than I expected. Delivery was very quick and packaging was impressive.

On time; friendly & cheerful delivery man; parcel in excellent condition.

Yodel informed me they'd deliver between 11:30 and 13:30 so that I could plan my day. The parcel was delivered at 16:15! This time it was live plants!

They market Digital Voice add-on as including calls to UK mobiles. This is not true and they don't seem to know exactly what they are offering. This first came to light when I was charged for a call to a Sky mobile for which they refunded me. They then told me that calls to MVNO (Virtual Network Operator) numbers are not included in the bundle but this is not true as most of the people we call are on Giff-Gaff & Lebara. I asked for a proper explanation of the situation on 4th August and have yet to receive even an acknowledgment.
Very disappointing.

Responsive sales / customer service team. PC delivered safely within the time frame they stated. There were a few annoying aspects to the setup of the PC but I was able to resolve them easily. [[ Windows was set to Pacific Time; the PC immediately complained about the Nvidia Control Panel being missing; there were numerous Windows updates to be installed. ]] (Someone less computer-confident would have been stumped by them though.)
