Why won’t you cancel my enquiry

I started the enquiry today the 23/2/2026 and the very same day 23/2/2026 asked to cancel it and yet I am receiving multiple emails that seem to be ignoring my request to cancel which within the company terms and conditions I am entitled to do free of charge within 14 days well this is day 1 of 14 please cancel and delete my details in line with GDPR

This issue has now been resolved and my enquiry has now been cancelled!

A happy customer

Well from the start I was hugely impressed the sales team were great rather than pushing for big sales just to get money out of me they researched my usage thoroughly and catered to my needs which ended up far less than I had expected,
There was an upset mid process that delayed the installation and communication could have been better, but the error was compensated.
The installation team were good and despite some unforeseen issues were able to complete the installation to a high standard. Now it’s just a waiting game to see if the savings are as projected 😊😊

Ok well the delivery a service was…

Ok well the delivery a service was great, swift and effortless BUT!!! What isn’t great is the dryer is advertised as WiFi control but the app system does not work and it cannot be controlled, I appreciate that is a fault from the manufacturer BUT!!! As you guys advertised and sold it to me you should know if the products you sell do as they are supposed to do as that feature is a massive part of why I bought the unit, I run on eco 7 and want to use it in the cheap period which starts at midnight and the dryer is in the summer house at the end of the garden so going out in the cold and wet in the dark is not desirable hense buying a WiFi control unit

I ordered my products on the 23/7/25 it…

I ordered my products on the 23/7/25 it arrived on the 11/8/25 (3weeks after order) the items were not quite right so returned them which I had to pay and the return process took about 4 weeks for which absolutely zero empathy was shown the basic attitude was you’ll just have to wait so from start to finish took around 2 months and cost me roughly £25 in delivery (£12 to me and then £12 to return) and the only thing I have from it is huge frustration and disgust

Product is great and so are the prices but dispatch and delivery time took a while which was surprising as all items were listed as in stock

Amazing customer service

I ordered my product quite late in the day and yet I still received it the very next day not had it long enough to rate the drone itself but the service provided by DRONE SAFE was outstanding will definitely use them again in the future
