Absolutely Avoid This Company

I sent my coffee machine for repair in October 2025 and after it was damaged in transit by my courier company. I contacted Repair or Reuse It and agreed to pay additional costs for the repair.

After waiting more than two months, I finally received the machine back in mid-January 2026. Unfortunately, not only was it still not repaired, but the milk container was missing, and a new fault had appeared.

I returned the machine again. At the end of February 2026, I received an email confirming that the coffee machine had been repaired and would be delivered on 25/02/2026. However, when the courier arrived, I was unable to even check the repair because the wrong item had been sent to me.

It has now been almost five months, and I am still waiting for my machine to be properly returned. The entire experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
