I recently used Repair It Reuse It to repair my Dyson Airwrap.

I opted to use their DPD courier service to send the item to them. Unfortunately, my Dyson was initially lost in transit.

I contacted the company through their WhatsApp service and was assisted by a wonderful customer service agent named Carrie. Carrie reassured me that they would do everything they could to locate the missing parcel and that if they were unable to find it, they would make it right.

Carrie kept me updated throughout the process and shared updates from her conversations with DPD. After a couple of days, they were able to locate the parcel.

As a gesture of goodwill, the team refunded the cost of the repair and the courier service, repaired the item free of charge, and returned it to me the very next day. I’m pleased to say my Dyson Airwrap is now fully functional again.

I was incredibly impressed by the level of customer service. Carrie truly went above and beyond, and I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing repairs and I will definitely be using them again for future repairs.

Excellent service from the initial booking for a repair to my iron and until it was returned in perfect working condition. I particularly appreciated the great communication throughout the process. This is the second occasion I have used the service and on both occasions I have been 100% satisfied.

It was a great experience, I sent my Nespresso machine for repair, everything was so easy from start to finish. They sent coffee machine back in less than a week , it’s working perfectly and was wrapped carefully.. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Avoid This Company

I sent my coffee machine for repair in October 2025 after it was damaged in transit by my courier company. I contacted Repair or Reuse It and agreed to pay additional costs for the repair.

After waiting more than two months, I finally received the machine back in mid-January 2026. Unfortunately, not only was it still not repaired, but the milk container was missing, and a new fault had appeared.

I returned the machine again. At the end of February 2026, I received an email confirming that the coffee machine had been repaired and would be delivered on 25/02/2026. However, when the courier arrived, I was unable to even check the repair because the wrong item had been sent to me.

It has now been almost five months, and I am still waiting for my machine to be properly returned. The entire experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Recommended to use this company from the make of my coffee machine. They were a dream to deal with, super easy and efficient and my coffee machine has come back working like new-very happy customer.

I had an issue with my Dyson airwrap. I booked online and sent it in to this company after finding them on google. I got emails telling me it was recieved, when it was been looked at and also when it was been returned. Its now working perfectly…maybe even better than it was before. Great quality and great communication!!!

Just received my tefal steam generator iron back from repair it reuse it and I am so impressed with the work they have done. I run an ironing service and this iron gets absolutely hammered. It now looks like a brand new iron. I absolutely wholeheartedly 100% recommend this company. Thank you to the team.

This is the third time I have had my old Delonghi coffee machine serviced by Staffords (the company name) and it has come back working like new every time. This time the machine arrived back only two days after they received it. The leaks have been fixed and it's good for another few years. So much better and cheaper than throwing it away and buying a new one

I have had two Tefal Steam Generators repaired and serviced by this amazing company. The easy way to get your item picked up and then delivered back - the excellent repair work they carryout is second to none. I have and will continue sing there praises and would only every use this very trustworthy company. Don't take my word for it - try them for yourselves

As we say in Scotland: “Ya beauty. It’s a belter!” Our Tefal Steam Generator packed up. It was showing its age— much like its owner. We were about to Rest It In Peace when— the iron in a last burst of steam hissed:

“Try Repairing me “. Eureka. I thought, because of its faithful service over the years I’ll grant it its last request.

So looking at the Orbiturary columns on Google Bereavement I came across this website.

I filled in what needed done. The poor iron’s hose was flaying. The stop start button didn’t work.

Wonders of wonders I got a quote. I said to the iron “I’ve found a surgeon—not on the NHS they are too busy. Model 10000000 would be developed before he/she according to the judges could see you”

His silent cough and flicking blue light touched a nerve. I had to do something. I looked at my savings and decided to go private.

It was then Dr Google pointed me to his trusted surgeon Mr and Mrs Repair It and Resuse it. I filled in the paperwork and waited breathlessly for the quote. I had visions of me an OAP returning to work to pay for his surgery.

You will notice that I use gender liberally. We were never sure if he was a female or male— according to the Judges. But one thing was sure she was sterile. Why? Because no other irons were produced!😎

Anyway back to the story. The price was £51.00. I shouted to my beloved wife: “Ya beauty. It’s a belter. She’s been saved and I’ve seen the light”. Please no hate mail from a certain section of the population

We packed him off and Viola a few weeks later she returned brand new—No ribbon though. So the repairers must think he’s male, according to the Judges’ latest ruling.

The company had even repaired things we hadn’t mentioned.

And now she’s like an old locomotive steamer puffing away happily.

But a sad note. Before we sent him away we had bought a newer refurbished model. She’s quieter but doesn’t have the same charisma as the old yin.

So that we don’t appear to be prejudiced I use the old codger and my wife uses the new beauty. But we’ve decided to keep them apart for reasons of….

What would happen if they evolved and produced another steam generator? Would it cause consternations in the Houses of Parliament? Could it end up in the European Court? Where would we find the money?

So watch this space.

On a more serious note I hope this company doesn’t go out of business. And thank you all who helped the poor laddie or was it lassie. Your work is like an iceberg most of it unseen!

My steam iron required repair after 8 years hard work. A replacement was incredibly expensive. Repair it Reuse it, fixed mine and returned in perfect condition with new features that were not on the original. In effect I got a much better iron than the original for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Well done.

Repair on Blade Machine - Found this company as a top search on Google. Booked in my faulty Beerwulf Blade Machine. Quite surprised how large the building was when I arrived there. Handed over the machine to technician and discussed fault. Gave me the option to wait whilst being repaired. Used the customer waiting area which had free coffee and free Wifi. Less than an hour later, the machine had been repaired. The machine looked brand new. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended. Superb service and coffee wasn't bad either.

All good. Sent my coffee machine on Tuesday and got it back exactly a week after, next Tuesday.

Sent Sage Barrista coffee machine in for repair, back within 7 days much cleaner than when it left, dropped in transit by the courier causing a new fault, company collected and repaired again at no extra cost - well informed all the way reasonable cost and good timeframe

I'll certainly use again if anything else needs fixing

The best company I’ve ever come across.
They repaired my very expensive steam generator iron (£350) within a day and also replaced other parts that were a little worn. They are very talented, friendly and so professional.
The whole job cost me £51 and I was a very happy customer.
For anyone debating throwing away their small appliances, don’t! They can be repaired cheaply and last another few years.

My TEFAL steam iron was not only repaired but also renewed with replacement of various components, it’s like having a brand new appliance (whose cost is over £200) for little more than £50!
It took 16 days to get it back but it was totally worth, I definitely recommend Repair it Reuse it.

Great company my beerwulf blade now works a treat after cooling issues.
They were fast to sort the job and there customer care department girl was amazingly helpful, Libby rose helped me with problems with my courier service, she was polite, symphetic and a credit to the firm.

What an amazing service – I can't fault this brilliant company. They fixed my beloved 10-year-old coffee machine and it is works as good as news. I was dreading having to buy a new one when I was sure it could be fixed and luckily for me, I found Repair and Reuse it! It is rare to find a company with such exceptional customer service. Everyone I spoke to was professional polite and extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend it more highly.

Amazing! The engineer who fixed my steamer is brilliant! It is like new. Such a great job. I was convinced it couldn’t be fixed. I have been using it a lot recently and it is going great. Very pleased with Stafford’s and the whole process. Sent it, got it back within hardly a week, very well packaged, good as new. I absolutely recommend them.
