Satisfied but not completely happy
Id give it all a 3.8. Did they fix my Sage coffee machine, Yes. Was it cheap? No but the prices are pretty much transparent so its up to you.
Time to fix: 1 month
Costs:
You have to pay for P&P both ways (so near £50).
Repair: £125
Parts: £50
Machine was returned with two areas damaged, main damage with the plastic base being cracked in a few places, but it was packaged incredibly well so unsure when that occurred. I just know it occurred under their management .
I can take the above as the way it goes but it is annoying.
Surprised they don't bother to wipe clean the machine before they ship it back. They 'repair' but don't give it a once over. For an add-on 'sevice' it is £60. Again this is known before you sign up.
Happy with my machine working again but disappointed with what im left with.

These guys will save you a fortune by fixing your SAGE coffee machine, they did an awesome job and I am exceptionally happy with the result. I would highly recommend them.
my only criticism (and its very minor) is just that it takes a while. Mainly cos they are so flippin' good at what they do. ;-)
I didn't think the change the filter and flush the system before the first use so my first coffee was a bit grim.
if your machine fails, use these guys, don't bother looking elsewhere.... just be prepared to wait.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They explained the processes and the expected timelines of repair and offered a discount on a service if taken at the same time as the repair. My machine was in for the states timelines and when collected they informed me that it was only a service charge to clear my machine’s issue so only had to pay for the cost of a service. They helped carry my machine back to my car which was appreciated. I will definitely take my machine back for its next service or if it develops any issues in the future. Top class service from this small company in Bristol, highly recommended.
This company has been nothing but…
This company has been nothing but deceitful. Initially, they interfered with my parents' Sage machine when it was sent for repairs and failed to fix it. They then proposed giving us a credit towards the purchase of another coffee machine from their selection.My parents bought a different machine from them, but right from the start, this so-called new machine gave us issues. When we reached out to them, they declined to take it back, insisting we contact Sage directly. It's unfair to expect elderly customers to handle matters with the manufacturer when the purchase was made from their store.We have since returned the machine and asked for a refund, which they have denied. Now, they're demanding additional payment for postage if we want the machine returned. This is truly disgraceful behavior for a business!

Simple but effective process to repair and maintain our Sage Barista. The service felt personal with communication and updates via WhatsApp. It’s been a pleasure to deal with a small business where I felt like a valued customer and not a number. Repairs were done to a high standard and within the timelines promised.
In honesty just wish we didn’t have to pay courier costs and packaging on top of repair costs.

Incredible experience. Very sad when my coffee machine broke down and I started having to buy £4 pond water from the shops. My experience was perfect - very clear and helpful communication, fixed ahead of schedule and returned all very conveniently. Had some issues with delivery and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend and many thanks for such a good service.
Brilliant Service
Delighted to have found FMCM in Bristol. Efficient service, clear instructions on how to pack our machine and send by courier. Excellent communication via WaatsApp and a short video showing us that the problem was fixed before we transferred payment. Our coffee machine was returned, literally as good as new. Would highly recommend this service

5 star from beginning to end …
What a great friendly team from start to finish . On drop off day we got stuck in traffic and arrived at closing time ! We were welcomed with a friendly , relaxed greeting and weren’t rushed out so they could get home on a Friday afternoon . The atmosphere in the shop was a happy working environment which was quite infectious. We arrived stressed and came out feeling light and confident that our sage barista would be back working with us in 2-3 weeks .
They kept in touch via WhatsApp which we loved . And collected our machine 2 weeks later in working order again 👌.
Thank you guys and girls for this wonderful service 5 star . I would recommend this company for a great all round experience 😊

Decided to get our 4-year-old Sage Bambino machine serviced to keep it working well...even though everything was working beforehand it is definitely making a smoother (and even better) coffee since service.
Staff in-store are friendly, polite and professional and this continued with WhatsApp messaging letting us know when it was ready for collection.

We’ve had our Sage Barista for about 8…
We’ve had our Sage Barista for about 8 years and always tried to keep it descaled and cleaned- but it got to the point where the water pressure was off and we decided to try and fix it (after watching many YouTube videos and attempting to fix it ourselves- tbh it was too much of a faff!) we sent it to these guys and after a few weeks they fixed it and replaced parts and were very reasonably priced. I hope it lasts and we can keep the machine for a few more years. :) My only dislike was that the communication was on WhatsApp text message which was a bit unusual for me and I didn’t get an invoice for the work once paid- and it would be nice to have a record of it.
Efficient and friendly service
Our Sage Barista Pro stopped working about a year ago. We put off repairing it because I couldn’t find a company nearby that would fix it, so settled on posting it out to fix my coffee machine instead. We packaged up the machine bare (all extras removed) and sent it out to them tracked, and received a confirmation of arrival from them as soon as it arrived which was comforting. We had been advised that they were super busy, so didn’t receive anything else for a few weeks, but once they’d completed the fix they sent over a video of it working and a list of what they fixed and the price. Both the thermojet boiler and flow meter were blocked (bad descaling on my part I think). Overall cost with postage back was £253 and as soon as I paid it was sent back and arrived the following day. It was quite dirty and covered in coffee dust which I was sure I’d cleaned before I sent it in, so that was a small downer, but other than that it was great. I gave it a clean and we started using it again right away! No problems since, and now I’m going by to be very careful to descale often.

These people are an utter scam
These people are an utter scam. They have messed around with my parent's Sage machine when they first sent it to be fixed. They couldn't fix it so they offered a credit for it if we purchase another coffee machine from them.
Myt parents purchased another coffee machine but we kept having problems with this supposedly new machine that they sold us from the beginning and they refused to take it back saying we should contact Sage instead. If we purchased a machine from yourself, you should take full responsibility if it doesn't work, you should not be asking an elderly customer to contact the manufacturer and sort it out themselves.
Currently we returned the machine to them and requested a refund, which they have refused to do. Instead, they are now asking to pay again for postage if we want it back.
Shameful company!

Excellent customer service and professional approach
I had a challenging experience with my Sage Barista Touch, unfortunately encountering multiple issues that were not easy to troubleshoot and required repair by FMCM. While it was disappointing to have my machine break down several times in a period of just 4 months, I felt compelled to leave a positive review specifically regarding FMCM's service and support.
Throughout this entire process, FMCM has been outstanding in their communication and professionalism. Their team was always quick to respond to my messages, offering helpful advice and thorough troubleshooting steps. Even when the issues persisted, they handled each repair promptly and efficiently, with quick turnaround times. Although I had to send the machine for repair 3 times overall, I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the FMCM team in attempting to resolve the problems. Their consistent helpfulness, clear communication, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much more manageable.
If you ever need repair services for your coffee machine, I would highly recommend FMCM based on their excellent customer service and professional approach. They clearly value their customers and strive to provide the best possible support, even when dealing with tricky situations.
