Exceptional Customer Service

I recently used Repair It Reuse It to repair my Dyson Airwrap.

I opted to use their DPD courier service to send the item to them. Unfortunately, my Dyson was initially lost in transit.

I contacted the company through their WhatsApp service and was assisted by a wonderful customer service agent named Carrie. Carrie reassured me that they would do everything they could to locate the missing parcel and that if they were unable to find it, they would make it right.

Carrie kept me updated throughout the process and shared updates from her conversations with DPD. After a couple of days, they were able to locate the parcel.

As a gesture of goodwill, the team refunded the cost of the repair and the courier service, repaired the item free of charge, and returned it to me the very next day. I’m pleased to say my Dyson Airwrap is now fully functional again.

I was incredibly impressed by the level of customer service. Carrie truly went above and beyond, and I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing repairs and I will definitely be using them again for future repairs.

Avoid at all costs

Like many others here, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. The products received do not match the images which are falsely advertised on their website. I emailed customer service to return the items, only to be told I would be liable for transportation and custom duties. Instead they offered me $5 compensation on a $72 order which is a cheap knock off of the images on their website. Don't waste your money here.

Beware of terrible delivery service

I placed an order for 2 x dining chairs on 03/01/2025. On 07/01/2025 I received a whatsapp message from Dusk's delivery partner Rhenus to book in my delivery. The earliest date was 20/01/2025, which I booked. I then received further emails from Dusk saying that I hadn't booked in my delivery. I emailed customer service and confirmed that I had done so. The customer service team said they'd look into it. I then received 2 further delivery messages from Dusk asking me to book in my delivery. Both links wouldn't accept my order number or surname so rendered useless. Again I emailed Dusk customer service and got the same generic response that they were looking into it. A few days later Rhenus contacted me again and said they had to cancel my delivery and would resend a new delivery link within 24hrs. This didn't happen. I have emailed Dusks customer service numerous times and there is still no resolution. I have never experienced such poor delivery and customer service from any other retailer. Considering I had to pay £12.99 for the delivery fee, it is ridiculous that I have had to wait so long for delivery and have no idea when or IF my order will ever be delivered.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. The company is a scam! I ordered a product from them 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the customer services team who took weeks to get back to me and then said the item (which unbeknownst to me when ordering was supposedly shipped from China) was with Royal Mail. I've since called Royal Mail and they have confirmed that they haven't received the package. Bella Gadgets have since stopped replying to my emails and conveniently have no customer service agents available when you call them. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. I strongly urge anyone wanting to purchase a product from them to walk away.
