Exceptional Customer Service
I recently used Repair It Reuse It to repair my Dyson Airwrap.
I opted to use their DPD courier service to send the item to them. Unfortunately, my Dyson was initially lost in transit.
I contacted the company through their WhatsApp service and was assisted by a wonderful customer service agent named Carrie. Carrie reassured me that they would do everything they could to locate the missing parcel and that if they were unable to find it, they would make it right.
Carrie kept me updated throughout the process and shared updates from her conversations with DPD. After a couple of days, they were able to locate the parcel.
As a gesture of goodwill, the team refunded the cost of the repair and the courier service, repaired the item free of charge, and returned it to me the very next day. I’m pleased to say my Dyson Airwrap is now fully functional again.
I was incredibly impressed by the level of customer service. Carrie truly went above and beyond, and I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing repairs and I will definitely be using them again for future repairs.
