Called in today for help with my iPad.The store was clean & tidy. The staff were polite & very helpful.
Am not tech smart and the staff explained why I had problems & very easily and quickly solved them.
If I have any other tech issues, would definitely go back - excellent service.

I Had a few quotes from other local rivals but Whoops IT came over to me as more professional and trustworthy!
After just an hour's wait they messaged me to say it's ready!

I've been a customer at Whoopsit for a while now.I can honestly say it is,with out doubt THE best phone and Tech repair shop in Mansfield and the surrounding areas.
The staff are very clever,knowledgeable and proffesional.
There isn't nothing they don't know how to fix it repair!

Looked at other repair shops in the area and decided that their reviews didn’t seem right so stumbled over Whoops IT. Started over an email enquiry, needed to order the part in especially for my phone. Upfront pricing. Gets to the shop to book in and turns out my port was stuffed with fluff! Didn’t really need the part. Could have charged me a diagnosis fee, but didn’t. Out of courtesy gave him £10 for Daniel’s time and effort. Should be 6⭐️

Really decent prices. Had a glass screen protector fitted on my phone and bought another for emergencies. Can’t even tell it’s on but my phone feels protected and no dreaded air bubbles or lint underneath. Quick and friendly customer service. Will be coming back again in the future for any repair/screen protector needs!

Came to WhoopsIT with a liquid spill over my HP keyboard, luckily enough this wasn’t a fruity liquid. Daniel took it in to do a check and found my motherboard was damaged, he did a ultrasonic clean for a great price and he was able to overall Boot up my laptop again with some small repairs alongside.
Overall brilliant service definitely recommend to everyone:)

It is so unusual to find such friendly and professional service. After going to other places I almost gave up on getting my Dell monitor fixed and was about to spend hundreds on a new one. I hate condemning used devices and appliances etc. to landfill. At the same time I struggle to find relevant trustworthy support. Too many cowboys!
I thought I would try one last time with Whoops IT. I love the fact that, unlike others I approached, Daniel offered to assess the problem at no charge and was realistically positive. Then he fixed it and the charge was very reasonable. He appears to be an expert and is ready to explain matters and give advice. My brother says he will use Whoops IT if necessary-and he lives in North London!
