Great service and excellent communication on progress.
The repair was completed quickly even though there was need to order additional parts for out coffee machine. The communication was good about what was happening and the machine was returned securely and rather more pristine than when it was sent...
The repaired machine is running faultlessly and reminded us how much it had deteriorated over the years before the repair.
Well done Repair it Reuse it
After trawling my local outlets of domestic appliances and on line i couldn’t find any one willing to repair small domestic appliances. Then I found Repair it Reuse it.
Our Steam Generator iron had stopped working and for about a fifth of the price of a new replacement iron “Repair it Reuse It “ have not only fixed it, they have replaced parts that were worn and past their best. Very well done.
We did have to wait a while for its return but that was due to parts having to be sourced from Tefal in France.
Krups Coffee machine
Had an old coffee bean to cup Krups machine. Customer service was brilliant they have replaced 4 different parts and my machine was returned within 1 week. Fantastic job. Thank you. Will be recommending this company.
Misleading info on website
They get three stars for a quick response. The company claims to repair Delonghi coffee machines: thei website/delonghi-coffee-machine-repairs/
But when I enquired about having a very popular Delonghi model (only 4 years old) repaired, I was told they don't repair them.
Staffords - please correct the info on your website, it's misleading.

Excellent Service
I made arrangements for the repair of a Blade beer dispenser, I was very impressed with the straightforward process from quotation through to speedy repair and completion, all done within just a few days. Repair It Reuse It provide a high quality service and I now have my item back in good working order avoiding the much higher expense of buying a new machine. Very pleased and highly recommend.
To Go-To place of Tefal repairs. Highly recommended
We were recommended Repair it/Reuse it (Staffords) by Tefal Customer Services when our steam generator developed a fault. The up-front charge of £51.65 wasn't excessive, considering the replacement cost of the item. So we were delighted to receive it back working better than ever, and for no extra charge. The communication was excellent, and the online booking service was very user friendly.
Excellent Job
Had no real expectations as previous reviews were mixed but had nothing to loose other than the £50 (approx) we paid in advance. Our steam iron was approx 6 years old and had stopped producing steam.
We had no correspondence with the company, no idea how long it would take, no idea if they would be able to repair it. Around one month later our iron was returned as good as new. It had a new boiler fitted, a new housing and cable reel, new soul plate and various other bits replaced. Fully tested and pat tested. Much better to Repair it and Reuse it than bin it and buy a new £200 Iron! Fantastic job, my only criticism is, it would have been nice to have a bit of correspondence. A short emailed just to say they had received your appliance and they would be in touch in due course. Then a message to say they had been successful and they would be sending it back. Peace of mind. You've not just paid money into an account and sent you appliance into the aether! Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I live locally so i dropped my Blade machine off around 10:30am with a flow/pump issue, i was met at the counter by a very helpful gentleman, he explained thoroughly what the issue was, very knowledgeable and professional.
The same day i received an email that it was ready for collection, not only was it fixed but it looked like new as they gave it a good clean, 10 out of 10 for service, many thanks guys , very happy :)
Excellent company
Excellent company. I arranged to send my blade beer machine in for repair as it stopped working. I initially spoke to them on the phone and they were very helpful explaining the process and what to do. I posted the item to them and they repaired it within just a few days and I had it returned to me repaired in no time. Full details provided on terms with what they did and replaced to repair the device. Very happy with the service and communication. Definitely recommend

I have just had my steam generator iron returned this morning. I honestly thought that they had sent me the wrong iron because it looked brand new. The cost was less than I would have paid to buy a very average iron. This is the second time I have this excellent service. Thank you!

Fixed and elec PAT test cert my delonghi coffee machine. It was clean and working again on return. Easy access fast tel to the support team when i asked about status and delivery. Friendly courteous manner of the staff and very good VFM for courier collection, return, repair. Received my item back at about 2 weeks time period.HAPPY

Just had a machine sent back to me after service and CLEANING - not cleaned at all - photos provided.
After complaining they told me it is supposed to look like that and wanted to charge me more ( lying I provided the wrong model number - which they check on the phone prior to sending and also had it there at the service - so an obvious lie.
Worst customer service ever.
Good repair, very pleased with it.
Initial communication was good, by email. A box was sent with the courier to collect my steam iron and repair it. I was told it would be about three weeks, I was also told that they would let me know when it was to be returned, that never happened. So, after three weeks, I rang them and they told me it was repaired and just waiting to be collected by the courier which they said would be in the next few days.
So far the experience was good but that was when the frustration started. They used DBD. I knew it had left Stafford's by the tracking site. However it sat in DBD's warehouse a couple of miles from my home for nearly two weeks, despite them constantly sending messages to say it would be delivered on Sat, then Sun, then Mon and so on. I visited the warehouse in person to try to extract it but to no avail. They did however promise to deliver it the next day. It still took another two days but I did have it returned five weeks after I it had left me.
The repair was good and they replaced so many parts on my machine, it was great. I thought the charge of £65 was very reasonable I just wished they had used a better courier service.
Terrible dreadful do not give them your money
I’ve left this review for Stafford’s too. They have had my kenwood cooking chef since end July. They have had £183.94 from me and have failed to repair or return the machine. They have not communicated with me unless I phone , usually with a 20-30 minute wait. I deeply regret not putting the money towards a new mixer.

Very happy with the service & quality provided. Parts arrived a day later than expected due to Covid, but I was kept informed about this. Overall experience was very good.
Slow and with no communication
This actually appears to be a company called Staffords going under a second name. Delonghi recommended them to repair my coffee machine. It took 3 months to get it back, and to be fair they did fix it, but there was no communication from them at all unless I chased them.
Poor communication, item returned unusable
This company looked efficient with their system for submitting information about the product to be repaired, and I received a quotation the next day which I accepted and paid. There was then no further communication, despite the promises on the order acknowledgement, until a courier called without prior notice to collect my item. The good thing was that they came with a strong packing case to suit my bean-to-cup coffee machine, all I had to do was load it in. Courier helped.
Nothing further was heard until again a courier turned up to return it - no notification in advance of this. The machine was returned with no paperwork and critical parts missing, so I can't actually use it at all.
Calls to their support centre have no record of previous calls, and they just say my issue is being passed to the works supervisor and my parts will be returned. No sign yet after 8 days.
UPDATE: after originally giving 1 star I have revised to 3 - the missing parts have arrived, so finally able to test the machine and find the repair is good. Still no paperwork of any description. From ordering to having a working device: 35 days.
