Outfox the Market - Disappointing Service Following Bereavement and request to change name on account . Nothing else was required to change

I recently experienced extremely poor service from Outfox the Market following the bereavement of a family member.

Unexpected Charges: I was initially charged an unexplained "sundries" fee of £50. While this was later refunded, it added unnecessary stress during a difficult time.

Uninformed Tariff Change: My account was unexpectedly switched from a fixed-term tariff to a standard variable rate without prior notice. This resulted in significantly higher energy bills.

Insensitive Customer Service: When I inquired about the overcharging, the customer service representative's response was insensitive and dismissive, stating that these issues are "what happens" when someone passes away.

This experience with Outfox the Market was deeply disappointing. Their lack of empathy and proactive support during a time of grief made an already challenging situation significantly worse. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider alternative energy suppliers who prioritize customer care and demonstrate sensitivity to individual circumstances.

Dropping off the parcel at local store was great and convenient . Collection via tracking was quick and confirmed. 10 days later no confirmation of delivery to final destination. Webchat query was answered with "It is not feasible for the driver to scan all items of bulk delivery" .This was equipment return to Virgin Media .

Bought a High Street TV Paint Runner Pro on Sunday 17/06/18 after watching a video which made the item look great .

This was bought at a seller of HSTV products , The Range , I was dealt with there politely and efficiently .

On Monday I Managed to get ONE wall done and approx 2 foot of ceiling before the item started leaking from one end. The roller sleeve had come away from one end and is now as much use as a chocolate fireguard . In the short amount of use I managed , when paint is added the Paint Runner Pro becomes heavy and uncomfortable to use with the short plastic handle.

Since contacting High Street TV I have been advised to follow their returns and replacement procedure.

I will in future be using a standard roller and tray as I am disgusted with the overall quality of Paint Runner Pro.
