Update: Daniel & Owen have been very helpful since leaving my review. Getting part of the order shipped over, and refunded for the rest. Still disappointed in the lack of communication over the month we had been waiting but glad that once we actually spoke to someone things got sorted quickly.
UPDATE : it’s now been over 4 weeks since order placed, 4 emails and no update on delivery. Not sure if we will be able to book plumber in to do our bathroom before Xmas now. Massively disappointed.
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered same week. Then status changed to delayed. And nothing since. Have sent lots of emails, can’t get through on phone to a person. Got plumber on standby to finish our renovation to be able to move into our family home!!!!!!! Hugely disappointed. More with the lack of communication and leaving us in the dark. Can someone contact us ASAP

Just found that I can set coordinates and what 3 words for my location when logging into evri. I’m sooo impressed! So many companies fail to find our property and do not have this! Very impressed!
Not a great experience. Driving from site to site just trying to find an an available locker. Had to give up after trying 3 in my area! Waste of fuel and now my parcels won’t be sent as promised by a certain time. Not impressed
I found two very reasonably priced items with Robert Dyas. After reading the reviews I almost didn’t purchase. But they were so cheap I couldn’t miss the opportunity. I’m so glad I did! They turned up a week early with regular delivery updates. And both products came perfectly packaged and are fab.
Not bad, got some cash back for a purchase. But have been waiting 6 months for another purchase and nothing seems to be happening. However they are keeping me informed and hoping it won’t be much longer to get my money
The first chap that picked us up was calling me 5 minutes after we had landed demanding me I give him a time I will be with him, I kept saying im walking through passport control I cant speak I will be as long as it takes to get through and he kept pushing me to give him a time so I said 5 minutes and he kept asking me if I was sure. I said im coming now! I also had a further 5 missed calls. I found this very unprofessional and it was stressing me out as I was trying to get my bags go through security etc. It said on my ticket that the driver would wait up to an hour after the plane had landed so no idea why he was calling me 5 minutes after we landed demanding a time. He didnt mutter a single word then after we got to him all the way to hotel. The man that took us back to the airport was a lot better.
Every time I visit Synter Cardiff my expectations are always exceeded. Such a great customer service I feel like a valued customer.
