I’ve read ALL of the reviews and can only speak as I find about my own, personal experience. We had excellent communication when we bought our cockapoo from Raffles and throughout the first few weeks after we brought our pup home. When we went to view her we saw both parents who both looked healthy and I even remarked on how happy the mum was. Indeed, our vet commented on how healthy our puppy was at her first check after we brought her home and said it was obvious she’d been well cared for.
I understand not everybody has such a positive experience and obviously they have the right to express their views and opinions. I don’t agree with the reviews that say that their experience was a positive one but give it a one star now based on what others say - the idea is it is an unbiased review of YOUR OWN experience.
It is heartbreakingly sad if Raffles have become ‘victims’ of their own success and have seen the dollar signs in front of their eyes and have expanded beyond recognition into nothing more than a glorified puppy farm now. All I can say was, based on my own experience, I had nothing but a good experience and have got the best, friendliest, happiest dog in the world.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Carpenters. Every step of the way I have been kept informed, via text, email, phone and letters, of where my case was up to and what would happen next. My case was dealt with as swiftly as possible and I am satisfied with the the resolution. My case was handled by James McConville who ensured that I did not have to worry about any aspect of the case at any time as that was his job to do so.
