We had a first class service. Everytime we needed any question answered concerning finance, build time etc, we contacted Tom Glennon and he was able to assist us. If Tom was not available others also helped. We were kept updated on the progress of our car and made to feel important throughout. Tom appeared keen to ensure we were entirely satisfied with our purchase, which we most definitely are.

The carrot cake we ordered arrived in perfect condition on the day specified and was beyond expectations. I would definitely use Lola's Cakes again and tell my friends to as well.

The driver was polite and friendly. I was not aware I was expected to return my sky box at the time he delivered me a new box. The driver kindly waited whilst I unplugged my old box and packed it away. Very nice man.

As previously stated. Efficiency did what expected from a delivery service. Caused me no problem and I received my goods in good condition

We were really pleased with the sofa covers. It took a long while to arrive but was worth the wait.

Does what it says ‘on the glass bottle!’ The Modern Milkman delivers what I have requested when they say they will. They collect my empties when they deliver my next deliver so no plastics damaging the environment and always tempting me with extras but without pressure. Win! Win!

We received our order for glasses and mugs very quickly and efficiently but one of the mugs arrived with a chip in the rim. As required I took a photo and emailed it to customer services and within a couple of days received a replacement. I through away the damaged mug. It was simple without hassle. Customer services were very friendly and apologetic. Great service all round. Glasses and mugs were/are beautiful

The bed arrived on the day we were notified it would be (3 hours earlier than the suggested time). The bed was easy to build and of an excellent standard. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Having ordered a glass shelf, it was damaged in transit. I contacted Rosie and supplied a photo of the damaged good. The next day a new shelf was sent to me and arrived in perfect condition. Fantastic!

Quick and efficient with everything I ordered. Who can ask for better than that!!
