Love Your Home have been so help and super friendly from the very start of the process to the very end. I also requested a bespoke footstool and quotes were super fast and efficient. Thank you so much. The lovely delivery team were the icing on the cake. Polite, curious and kept me up to date on my delivery through out the day.

Pestered you to get your phone sent with lots of emails.Felt I was honest about condition of phone but then send pics of it under a light that highlighted small scratches I had declared and was offered less half what they originally offered.

Sadly like a lot of things the delivery was delayed and didn’t arrive on the day I requested it. With this being a fresh food delivery I had ordered it for the day I intended to use it …. As it did not arrive it cost me another £80 to buy similar items to use for the evening I had planned with friends. It was delivered 24 hours later while I was away over Christmas and came back to a rotting package of seafood at my back gate. So all in all not great experience and it has definitely put me off ordering again.

My Doggy has been on Butternut Box ever since some one recommended it while she was in her fussy stage at about 5 months old… since then, 2 1/2 years on she has never eaten any thing else … the variety of flavours keeps her interested and the amazing quality never falters! Thank you for keep my pooch, happy, healthy and with great gut health too!

Sadly the parcel was delivered but the driver never confirmed the recipient was the person named on the parcels and the intended person never got there gift I sent them! Sadly you think a photo of the items ina door step show save delivery but not in this case.

Fast service. Website said you sign up to the need letter and you get 10% off your first order. I did this and there was no where to put the offer code on the website/ check out? Went on another Retailer site, same shoe was £35 less?

I have ordered from you before always very helpful and so easy service. More than disapointed that you don’t offer a returns service on such heavy awkward product... customers are not businesses with favourable rates for couriers it will cost me as much to return the items as the tiles were worth .... I’m sure this is part of your plan to discourage returns to the detriment of the customer! Not happy at all. I was told it was because you don’t always get the same courier returning, how ever I have always had the same courier deliver regardless of the area or address he has been delivering too.
