It was very enjoyable, at 11:40 on the 10th of October, to receive such prompt, pleasant and efficient treatment.

Not that your skill and technique were ever in doubt, but they were measured and corroborated by the fact there was no pain, anxiety, or discomfort either before, during, or at any time after the procedure. The tip of my tongue probes in disbelief for evidence that it happened at all.

From friendly reception to well-explained extraction, the time flew, unnoticed.

The long-awaited 17-inch GROOVED FRONT ROLLER from Allett has finally reached the home market. It is beautifully engineered in solid stainless steel and it is very easy to fit.
The difference in cut is absolutely amazing and, should you wish for such a finish, it will give your lawn the immaculate look of Wimbledon’s Centre Court!

The operative, Jake, was exceptionally helpful in difficult circumstances, going out of his way and being really thorough in solving the particulars of my case AND providing me with the lowest quote I have ever had!

My only reservation was the initial wait while hanging on in a queue (37 minutes [without ever being told where one was in the queue] during which it was no fun to hear that my call would be answered in "just a minute", or "very shortly"), and being constantly urged to go "online", when my query could only be dealt with by a person; there should be a separate line for such enquiries.

Ordered item arrived in shop earlier than expected and I was advised immediately. The staff could not have been more efficient or courteous. Altogether, a very pleasant experience.
