Value for money? Had yet to decide.

Have yet to do a full month on this but I was surprised by the amount in the bag, the price and the measurements.
Firstly the bag size- 240 grams and if, as they say, you have 12 grams a day, that lasts 20 days. So I purchased just one bag to try it, at £49. Which is quite expensive seeing as it doesn't even last a month.
Secondly they say two teaspoons. Well on my weighting scales for cooking, I measured out two teaspoons with a proper cooking utensil and they weight just 8g not 12g as they say. So therefore you need 3 teaspoons to make 12 grams.
I have yet to see if this is worth continuing.
Hopefully I can update this in 20days !!

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. Have used before and will use again. Went over and above to provide excellent products (bathroom windows) at really good prices and service both during and after, award winning. Wish more companies were like this. Thanks guys.

Not overly impressed by Roto spa this…

Not overly impressed by Roto spa this time. Previous occasions been amazing but not this time. Ordered a hot tub cover for my Roto spa hot tub, in August and paid a deposit.
Stock was due September but was delayed until November.
I had to chase all the time for updates. Finally they had stock and I was told if I paid balance by 11am that day I would receive the cover the following day. Paid balance on time and waited in all day the next day having also phone in to double check delivery. Yes they said between 8am and 6pm. But nothing. I then had to phone again the next day and rescheduled. Only to learn the post had not even been collected the previous day for any deliveries. No apology nothing. When I did finally get it, although I was home all day they delivery to my neighbour!

How the hell these companies get away with selling on a website with a fake no existent phone number , a company number that refers to DATAHALT LTD which is a data processing, hosting and related activities.
Companies house wake up and take this company down and fine the Director. Its illegally trading as something else, taking peoples money and these poor people have to fight to get their money back. All reviews are fake on the outsidethedocks website. Never reply to emails. Cancelled my order saying no phone number provided yet no boxes for this. Never refunded my money. Had to get my credit card company involved.
BE WARNED. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Excellent service

Didn't get exactly the price I wanted but it was near enough and it was so hassle free. Took less than half an hour and all done. So easy, good service, great communications and not far to travel to appointment. Very convenient and would definitely recommend.

Where are the prawns? Too much mash and lacks taste. Too bland needs a bit more pepper and some prawns please.
Quite expensive for what it is really.
Sorry wouldn't buy again or recommend.

In no way resolved!!!!

Further to my recent bad review and the comments placed by Grass Direct, which have only escalated my anger over this and their apparent apology and attempts to resolve this. Let me tell you, this is not resolved. It never in a million years, occurred to me to have to physically ask for the additional missing grass, I would have assumed this would have been offered without question together with FREE joining tape AND compensation for what should have been a beautiful joint free lawn. Since you and you alone cocked up my order by cutting it too short. I had to ASK for joining tape and an increase in their petty first offer of compensation and when I then asked for the missing grass - duh- that I didnt have; I was told to pay for it.!!!! And any additional refund "would be processed on top" - yeah no mention of how much!!! You actually said "we could discuss an additional discount". Discuss??!! Huh you cant even discuss supplying a free piece of grass 3m x 1/2 m - which you probably use for samples anyway!
And yes, you did leave a message for me to call and when we did, you refused to negotiate on this. So like I said this is not resolved. Why would a company wish to receive such bad reviews over something so immaterial to them. So unprofessional. If they had just supplied the additional piece missing, then they would have had a 5 star view. I should only have one join in my grass (well actually I should have none!!!) but because of their pettiness, I have four because I had to use cut offs!! I am truly upset by all the lack of empathy from this company and how they have left me with a second rate lawn.

This company is the worst company I…

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I should have known from the start when their website didn't work taking my order, that something was wrong. I had to ring in to place my order. The poor delivery man (only one) struggled getting this from his van to our door. If it wasn't for my husband I have no idea how on earth this delivery guy was suppose to carry this huge heavy item! Even the two of them struggled. Clearly a lack of organisation.
Finally my husband and I, man-handled this into place but as we didn't have space to roll out completely we had to cut it to get it into place, only to find it was short by about 1/2 metre!!! I checked all the order and packaging and although this was correct, clearly someone couldn't read. When I contacted them although they offered a bit of money back, they said that because we had cut it they could not replace it but they never even offered to give us the extra bit of grass!!!!! I had to ask for joining tape and when I asked for the missing bit of grass which was only 3m x 1/2 metre, they had the audacity to say I would have to pay for it from the money they gave me back for compensation.!!! I was flabbergasted at this. And following a number of emails back and forth they refused to budge on this. What wonderful after sales service. Unbelievable when it was their fault in the first place, the first thing you would have expected was them to sent the missing piece of grass free of charge, some joining tape, free of charge and compensation for messing me about, messing the order up and leaving my lawn second rate. Obviously now my lawn will have a join which I was not anticipating, and because I had to use pieces of grass I had left over and to get the grain right I now have not one join but four!!! Use this company at your peril because I have never been so astonished at the lack of customer service and empathy. Despicable company and to think I wanted to order more for the front lawn too. No way. I am taking my business elsewhere. So beware. If you can, roll your grass out and make sure it measures correctly and don't expect any goodwill gestures if not. One star is too much!!! Trading standards will be informed about this too.!!!
