After receiving the hot tub I have sent James like five emails with questions about what settings to put it on. He has been amazing in helping me set it up to use the best economy heating possible even though I sent him 10 emails he keeps replying with all the information I need absolutely amazing service thank you James you’re the best.

Despite the rain he was an asset to Rotospa,knowledgable and polite throughout,answering any questions we had without baffling us. A great ambassador for the company.
Abandoned
I really wanted to love my DuoSpa S080 hot tub. The sales team were lovely, and when it works, it’s a great little spa. But the problems started within the first year—while still under guarantee—when the pump failed and had to be replaced. I thought, "Okay, these things happen." But the real frustration began in Autumn 2024 when the tub started tripping out, and getting any help became impossible.
Despite numerous calls, RotoSpa stated they didn’t have an engineer in my area at the moment. So after a I hired an independent hot tub technician (£95/hour!) who diagnosed the issue as a fault in the compact heating element. We paid £300 for a replacement (ordered from RotoSpa directly), only to find the same error persisted.
So I concluded I need RotoSpa directly, as only they know their tubs properly. I called agian and again to discuss possible solutions, hoping to get an engineer booked - which they promised they will arrange as soon as one is in our area.... No call backs ever happened from their end. I called again to see if we can come to some sort of arrangement which would allow us to test if a new pump or controlboard (both expensive purchases) would help. But even though they said, yes, we will find a solution, and we will also be able to take the heating element back (that we bought, but which turned out to perform the same as the old one). Every time I am being told, yes, we will sort something out, and we will be in touch. Yes, we hear you - that was the last thing they said, which I believed to finally get the ball rolling. But no. I chased up yet again over 2 weeks ago - just to be told by a friendly sales person that the technical team will be in touch - which, of course, didn't happen.
At this point, I’ve spent extra money trying to fix their product, wasted hours chasing support, and received zero real assistance. The sales team may be friendly, but the aftercare is non-existent. If you’re considering this hot tub, be prepared to handle all repairs yourself—because RotoSpa certainly won’t help.

Hot tub happiness
Great communication. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient delivery and installation of the Orbis by Nas. Couldn’t be happier. Hot tub feels like a quality, solid product. So far so good - no problems and beautiful addition to our home.
Just had my new RotoSpa delivered
Having previously owned a RotoSpa QuatroSpa I didn’t hesitate in ordering the smaller DuoSpa S240 which was delivered yesterday by Nas and Sam. Great service so far. Delivery went very smoothly and full instructions given. Was ready to use by the evening and loving it!

Purchased our Rotospa Orbis new in summer 2021. It gets used up until autumn where is it drained down, cleaned and covered until spring time. We have never had a problem, it's well looked after and still looks new. I would not hesitate to recommend these hot tubs. Economical and UK made as well.

We had Andy come and deliver our hot tub. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable on how the hot tub works and any questions we had he was able to give us an answer which was very useful.
Great hot tubs
Just thought I'd post this. I put 2 brand new orbis roto spas at my holiday let in December 2017. They've run 24/7 ever since, never serviced, but cleaned every week, I replaced a pump on one in December 2024, 2nd one just been done as I'm typing this April 2024. Great tubs never been a problem. 😁😁

A great company which has provided excellent service over the last few years, but particularly wanted to highlight Lee who last summer was able to quickly action my request which had a significant & positive impact on my company. This week he has again stepped up to the plate facilitating a prompt & smooth transaction ensuring I can do the same for my customers . Top class 👏🏻

A smooth process from start to finish. Saw the Orbis (3 person) spa recommended and enquired. We got a package including chemicals and air source heat pump (cheaper to heat the water), had all details confirmed and a date of installation. They had to reschedule due to vehicle issues (it happens) , but made sure we knew the change in good time. Nas installed today in about 2 hours. He was great at explaining how to look after the tub and use the controls. Very happy so far.

A huge Call Out to John who answered the phone late on Friday Afternoon, he was able to give me instant advice on how to rectify a small problem with my Hot Tub. I was so grateful! Also it saved a call out for an engineer. Thank you John, keep answering the phone to those of us in hysterics who haven’t a clue. By the way, the new upgraded Wi-Fi module is brilliant and so much better than the earlier version.Joy R.
Not overly impressed by Roto spa this…
Not overly impressed by Roto spa this time. Previous occasions been amazing but not this time. Ordered a hot tub cover for my Roto spa hot tub, in August and paid a deposit.
Stock was due September but was delayed until November.
I had to chase all the time for updates. Finally they had stock and I was told if I paid balance by 11am that day I would receive the cover the following day. Paid balance on time and waited in all day the next day having also phone in to double check delivery. Yes they said between 8am and 6pm. But nothing. I then had to phone again the next day and rescheduled. Only to learn the post had not even been collected the previous day for any deliveries. No apology nothing. When I did finally get it, although I was home all day they delivery to my neighbour!

2 person spa
We saw the spa at a garden show and it was perfect for our needs, a 2 person spa. Made in England and a good price. The order went through easily and quickly and delivery in just under 4 weeks. All the staff members we had contact with were efficient, friendly and helpful. The spa was delivered on a Sunday by Andy who was brilliant. He installed the spa, filled it and checked all ok. He explained all the controls etc clearly and well. A superb representative for the company.

Andy who delivered our Spa was excellent. He carefully manouvered the Spa around the side of our house and placed it in the exact position that we wanted. He explained everything to us that we needed to know and was happy to set it up for us. We were very pleased with the service received.

I have used Rotospa a number of times to hire a hot tub and each time I have received great service, rates are competitive and delivery has always been when specified. The tub has always been clean and of a good standard. Would definitely recommend and we will be hiring again in the future.

I’m genuinely impressed with the fantastic customer service I received from RotoSpa. My S380 hot tub is four years old and out of warranty, yet their team went above and beyond to assist me.
I contacted them about an issue and spoke to a helpful bloke called John he responded swiftly with clear, simple instructions I asked him to send via email that helped me resolve the problem myself. Their guidance was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find such excellent after-sales support, especially when the product is out of warranty.
I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend RotoSpa for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience!
