Michelle W is excellent and made my recent storm damage claim stressless, from my insurer with Sedgwick the loss adjusters quick and understandable. I provided the necessary supporting evidence and there was no quibbling or worry. The NFU are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. The peace of mind insuring with the NFU makes it worth every penny. Thank you Michelle W for a very prompt and efficient service. I am very glad I am a member of the NFU - wild horses will not get me to go with another insurer.

A huge Call Out to John who answered the phone late on Friday Afternoon, he was able to give me instant advice on how to rectify a small problem with my Hot Tub. I was so grateful! Also it saved a call out for an engineer. Thank you John, keep answering the phone to those of us in hysterics who haven’t a clue. By the way, the new upgraded Wi-Fi module is brilliant and so much better than the earlier version.Joy R.

Purchased on recommendation of my hot spa technician as I already have several as this is a holiday business. British made therefore British parts and more easily accessible. Also tubs are robust. Excellent customer service, delivery. Cute duo spa, quick to fill and heat up with the larger 3kw heater. Coloured lights, and partial lock and full lock built into the controls to stop fingers of either children or guests fiddling! Light cover to lift and also purchased a lid lifter. So far so good with my new purchase.
