I contacted the solicitors and spoke to a Trainee Solicitor called Amy-J Butcher who was extremely helpful and efficient. She guided me through the process of obtaining Grant of Probate very smoothly and if I asked a question that she didn't know the answer to or was unsure she would go out of her way to find the answer and ring me back as soon as possible. I cannot praise this young lady highly enough.

Everything was made so easy by Octopus. I was thinking of reluctantly changing supplier before the next price cap came in. I say reluctantly as Octopus Customer Service is second to none but unfortunately the overriding factor is the price. So when Octopus offered me a fixed price deal cheaper than I am paying at the moment I couldn't wait to sign on the dotted line.
