Toni from the Sudbury branch was really amazing. She knew exactly where to find the articles I was looking for as I had not been into that shop previously - she made some really good a ndhelpful suggestions too.

Reece replied to my email promptly as I had no WiFi for nearly 24 hours to explain and update me regarding the problem and what was happening to fix the issue.
