A stand out member of staff

Visited the Stockton store today to kit the kid out for a school trip, walking past the footwear section I recognised some sound advice coming from a member of staff.
I enquired about boots for my partner for an upcoming hike, her understanding and advice was simply amazing, knowledge of the products and tips simply blew me away, teaching even a seasoned hiker like myself some new tips.
That knowledge was only beaten by her excellent customer service.
Rebecca thank you, haven’t had such great service in a retail store for longtime.

More like her would get people back in stores and off internet shopping

The worst call centre experience ever

The worst call centre experience that I’ve ever had.
I had an insurance premium for a motorcycle that needed amending, unfortunately the adjustment in policy for a new motorcycle.

Getting quoted for another motorcycle and then cancelling that policy took an hour on the phone.
I understand that there are new people in these situations that need training but my handlers loose grasp on the English language, lack of knowledge of the subject or insurance it seems and frustrating in ability to understand what she was reading and our inability to communicate ultimately is why I didn’t pursue anymore insurance and will never again with Carole Nash.
Whilst trying to work out a deal going forward 45 mins into the call was when I decided to cancel my policy.
Not good enough for me I’m afraid.

I’ve been robbed

I’ve been robbed.

I took a motorcycle insurance policy out and had to cancel after 3 months. For this honour they took 75% of the policy value plus admin fees. An amount they didn’t disclose before payment was made.
It was in the policy documents received after I’d paid.
I feel robbed.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Mystical quest for a broken down car

The email said meet at the airport desk, after searching for it for 15 mins with no luck I was informed by the information centre that I’d have to catch a Centuro bud from the terminal to the hire centre, there was no information of this in the email.
So after just missing the bud because of the lack of information I eventually made it to the centre where I was informed that my ‘full coverage’ purchase was a waste of money and that I’d have to pay for more insurance to get actual ‘full coverage’ the car seller a little worn but I was reassured that it was fine. It made it most of the way to my destination where upon it broke down leaving me stranded for so long that I decided to have an unexpected check on to the hotel it had broke down outside. I have now been waiting for 4 hours for recovery, the company now expect me to get a cab back to the hire centre over 70km away to pick up my replacement. I’m stranded in the middle or nowhere with very little support and soon no hire car 5 hours after initially renting it
