NEARLY ONE MONTH SINCE ZAVVI TOOK MY MONEY. PAID POSTAGE FOR UPTO THREE DAY DELIVERY.
NEVER HAPPENED..CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST TEN TIMES THEY IGNORE AND DO NOT REPLY. EVEN ON THESE REVIEWS THEY DON'T REPLY. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.
AS BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND TV .

Still waiting for A Christmas present.
Ordered item in stock on 4th December..
Zavvi do not respond to any of my last 5 messages.
Don't listen to reply by Zavvi team.
As they never contact me.

Over 3 weeks still awaiting item to be processed.
Looking very likely they have taken my money.
But have no stock.
Worst thing was A Christmas Present.
Customer service do not reply anymore.

Terrible service yet again.Car in for a recall. Dropped off at 8.35am called service department at 1pm Replied Car has been done but just needs a wash , So would call me at 2pm.
Never called so went to collect car at 3pm Now saying car not washed as wash not working, and Never said would call me.
Joke service never buy a car from holdcroft again.

Absolute joke company , selling items they don't have in stock to get your money. Over 12 days still not arrived for a 2 day delivery.
Rubbish Don't use them..

Absolutely disgusting service.
Paid £12 for an helium Balloon for wife's anniversary. Took it out of box..Was nearly empty of helium.
Had to put it straight in bin..
Be warned..

Absolutely terrible company. Please do not book with these. Booked caravan Paid £1450..online. When arrived Caravan was not the one we booked. Was Absolutely disgusting and dirty..Had to say there for 3 days ..no compensation from company. Just put us in lodge which were told is a fire risk as too many in party.
Complained to Parkdean resorts after .Just did not want know .So be warned.

Please don't use this company.
Absolute disgrace.
Had damaged products sent.
Only offered £5 refund.
Totally rubbish

Again worse company to deal with.
Try accessing app to withdraw money.
But error message saying active withdrawal.
So you then have to call . Receive form and return form.
But if you miss ticking something on form .still tell you everything is fine and withdrawal going through.
Then sent you letter out weeks later to explain what you missed.
So you then wait even longer for your own money..
Talk about draging feet.

Don't waste your Money.
Paid for 2 reports. Told me nothing what an Mot checker tells you for free.
Please use that first and save your money.

What can be said about this company.
Any one who has pension money must transfer ASAP.
Put A claim to take some of my pension money on 29th December 2022.
After sending bank details correctly as they said..13 days later then the tell me resent them again as now incorrect.
Called to try and chase a date for paying out.
Still no idea..Taking to people who have obviously been told to drag their feet.
So standard life can make more interest out of people s money.
Don't know what else I can do to get my own money. This company needs to be reported.
A very unhappy x customer..
