Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service, every since being a Cancard holder the fear of having to meditate is basically gone, I can do nothing but hope for all the best with Cancard as the support and security they bring for medical users is a god send in my eyes. CANCARD keep doing what your doing, you can’t do wrong

Don’t like being cheated, falsely advertises products.

Got a retro Star Wars multi glass set that advertised and clearly showed 3 glasses in the set, when they arrived their was only 2 which is a pair or a set not a multi set, multi means more than 2 and now the listing has been removed from their website, so can’t use it as evidence. Nice glasses but sneaky advertising, don’t like feeling cheated so this is why 1 star

Will endanger you mental and physically stability

Honestly what has happened to this company, when my headset went wrong that’s still under the 2 year warranty, I tried to get support and the amount of ignorance and negligence I experienced was phenomenal to the point it cases so much stress for me I had to go to the doctors due to how sick it was making me and had to withdraw from communication with them to regain me health but before taking the time to do that I emailed them to inform them of what the stress they’ve caused me had to done to me and that I won’t be replying until my health has improved, 3 days after informing them of this I then received an email stating my case has been closed even though they did nothing to help me with my headset issue to which has sent my stress through the roof again, I can safely say I have boycotted this company and will never spend money on their products again.

Fine company unless you need support…

Fine company unless you need support with an item then they’re not very supportive, will try to bad blame for their own mistakes and are even willing to discriminate against special-needs to prove a point, honestly I thought they’d have better support with it being in their name

Their Recipes are designed to waste your food

Every time I’ve tried a bbc foods recipe it’s always ended horrible, just tried and American pancake recipe and unless you like burned pancakes don’t bother, as followed the bbc foods recipe and the mix is always far too Liquidy before it turning black say you’re unable to flip it, unless you want to ruin your pancake

Will send faulty products and then accuse the customer for them being faulty

terrible company and customer service, will send out faulty and not fit for purpose products and if you send them back for repair or refund, they’ll accuse you of the fault and try to charge you for repairs or will refuse to refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Will lie about refunds and will lie about Quality or products

So I’ve already been through an entire ordeal with these people were back-and-forth emails with them and my bank just to get confirmation of a refund which in the end my bank has fully confirmed after all the information forcesabers gave me that a refund was never issued and is no way in the system or on the way to the system I even asked them to check if any refunds have been issued from a company name squareup which is the third-party company that they use for refunds and payments and which the bank fully confirm that there is no refund in the system whatsoever so I go back to forcesabers and try to recommend or suggest a alternative way of refunding me, they then tried to accuse me of money laundering just for suggesting such a thing, to which I don’t see in how asking for the money that you’re entitled to is money laundering when you’ve proven beyond reasonable doubt that the original refund was never sent and is never going to be received so therefore it needs to be re-sent in a different form I also reminded them that this whole ordeal was first started by them breaking the consumer protection act by falsely advertising a product at the time of its sale, I’m now having to fill out chargeback forms and have been in contact law enforcement officials to get my refund which has been putting massive pressures and instability within my mental health, being a mentally challenged/ill this pandemic has been hard enough but then this on top is just too much to handle.
All in all AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
It’s going to be interesting to see what lies they’ll reply with to discredit this review.

But I have more than enough to prove they lied if they do to which I’ll happily post on there pages for everyone to see and conclude there own opinion on the ordeal they forced me through.


The item in question 33” upgraded frosted saber - The issue: is nothing to do with the diameter of the blade like they tried to claim its to do with the length of the blade to which at time of purchase was advertised as a 32 inch long upgraded frosted saber, what I received was a 30 inch saber (all measurements taken of the saber itself not inside the hilt) and as for testing the brightness and improvement of colour this was tested on a saber that was acquired from your website it is not one I purchased myself it is one that a friend had from a year ago that I got from him are used but I can confirm and he confirmed he originally got it from your website so as for the times of the improvement of brightness in colour this is still falsely advertised As in my experience they say there was Dimmer and didn't ignite the full length of the saber, even though it’s shorter than advertised.
Now as for the refund I provided my bank with all the information you provide me and the information you provide me from square and they fully confirmed the refund was never issued to their system in any shape or form to the point that I had to fill out a chargeback form and have been in contact with their fraud investigation team like they advised me and as I stated to you in an email they have opened an investigation into you and square and should be in contact with you soon.

forcesabersuk: why can you not admit the fact there’s a possibility you sent an incorrect sized saber, honestly your so stubborn about it it’s embarrassing although you never asked for one I’ll new email you a pic of it next to a tape measure and as already stated the bank confirmed to me you never sent any refund so it’s not a matter of me waiting for my bank when my bank is waiting for you and as stated in email the hilt it was tested on was the Phoenix hilt sold on your website if anyone is “blowing thing out of proportion” it you, you honestly ignore the facts and twist the evidence to try and defend yourselves but people deserve the truth, which is way doesn’t matter how much you try to discredit my honest and truthful review within my experience I will continue to post and re-post them so no one goes through what you’ve put me through.

Reply to forcesabersuk: I have to keep update the review so people know the truth and point out you lies if anyone’s fabricating anything here it’s you and you adamant to keep your positive appearance at any cost but everything I have spoken is the truth within my experience with you you can say whatever you like but the people will draw their own conclusions. I honestly wouldn’t waste my own time and effort in doing all this to spread the truth I thought I said wasn’t true, I’ve got fair better things to do with my time but the people deserve the truth and nothing more. Just accept your mistake and take it on the chin and instead of fabricating information to hide your lies your should really take it as feedback to improve your servics

We would like to say that we have honestly done everything and more to help this customer and are still willing to help him.

We issued the £55 refund in under 48 hrs along with our sincere apologies.

We freely provided proof showing the refund had been issued and then completed. Our card payment provider also provided an email confirming this and that the refund was issued to the same card used for the transaction, as well as a tracking number and instructions on how to track it with his bank.

We advised it can take 2-7 working days for our payment provider to complete their process. We have advised countless times it is now down to their bank but sadly the customer is not willing to accept this.

We have never accused anyone of breaking any laws, when speaking with our bank about his request for a personal to personal bank transfer they advised this could fall under money laundering laws and warned against doing it, and we then advised him of this.

Hand on heart we have done absolutely everything and more to help him and all we have asked for in return is a little understanding and patients during the process.

We are truly saddened to see this review after all our hard efforts but it is clear that he is willing to go to extreme lengths and continue to repeatedly fabricate new additional information to endorse his own narrative in hopes of continued confutation. In this instance there is simply nothing more we can say or do which is such a shame to us.

Actively lies and will ignore your emails

So after they replied to my last review asking I give them another chance, I did and same results after 7 emails and 3 weeks have not had a single reply to any of them, even thought they said “no email is ignored” yet all 7 of mine have been, obviously and definitely a business that can not be trusted, especially how over priced they are

Absolutely terrible people

Absolutely terrible people, have been trying to get a hold of them for couple of weeks now by Facebook messenger and email but have been completely ignored, if they’ve had tike to make 9 posts in two weeks on there Facebook page then they have time to reply and look at there messenger and emails yet still nothing from them, worst people ever

Reply to Novritsch: as already stated I sent email to the one provide on your website and they were all ignored so then moved to messenger to see if I had any luck there and still was ignored and even though you replied to this review as it tells the truth on how bad you are I’ve still not had a single on of my emails replied to. Review is truthful and accurate with in my experience.
