Really love their clothing and bags and they do a lot of deals with t-shirts and patches etc. The only reason I’m not going 5 star is because they can be rather expensive, unless they have a sale going on.

Alright selection of clothing in the shop but rubbish quality. 3 of the T-shirts bought shrunk on 1st wash.
Emailed to get exchange or refund. Started well with replies but then got longer and now ignoring my emails to 2 different email addresses and fb message. Completely put me off them

Sent me a damaged item and still are unable to make the order right.
Have refunded twice now and still not refunded the full amount. It seems they struggle with arithmetic.

Ordered a cardigan but my order was cancelled with no explanation or apology just one sentence in an email. The customer service is terrible a simple email with a reason my order was cancelled would have been nice. It’s the first and last time i will be ordering off this company

Bought 2 Band t-shirts online (Master of Puppets and Appetite for Destruction) and a few in store, both Gildan classic t-shirts that usually sell for £40 each on a 2 for £35 offer. Will definitely be using again.

Terrible experience with this company. I purchased two pairs of irregular choice boots, but they arrived in inadequate packaging and one of the boxes was damaged.
The trouble escalated when I tried to return one pair using their label - several
weeks passed with no refund and even after providing proof of postage, they claimed the item was sent to the wrong place.
Despite tracking showing the parcel was delivered to them, they insisted they never received it.
This led to a PayPal claim, where they refused a refund, alleging it was due to not liking the item rather than the mishandling of returns.
PayPal suggested involving the police due to potential loss or theft.
I decided to message one last time regarding my intentions and Lo and behold !! the supposedly missing boots miraculously reappeared!
A simple message offering a refund and very simple apology was received, accompanied by excessive kisses at the end of the message ( same on every message - seriously 😧)

I spent hours relentlessly dealing with this but wasn’t going to be fobbed off -
It's evident that something fishy was going on, so don't be deceived by their claims of not having received items, as someone is profiting from all these seemingly "lost" returns. 🙄
Will never ever buy irregular choice anywhere or anything else off them😡

I bought a ring and t-shirts from them in-person, and ordered a hoodie from their website. On both occasions, I had absolutely no issues and was left pleased with the quality of my items. A store that I will happily return to again, especially with such helpful employees on-hand.

I brought a dress and sized up and it’s still absolutely tiny. I ordered an XL but it’s definitely more like a S. The quality on the other items isn’t amazing either. Everytime I’ve brought something from here the sizes appear to be waaayyy off so I would double size up and watch out for quality. I brought another dress with a print on and it’s way darker than the pictures online.

Boots lasted 12 years at the most. I complained about the sole which had split and come away from the boot. They gave me a 30% discount to buy some more crap quality boots. No tar.

Don't bother... spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Bought a pair of boots as a Christmas present they fell apart after a few days wear. Contacted DS via email online contact form and also twice posted letters which they totally ignored. Would never deal with these crooks again

Visited their shop DMG SCY in Manchester Arndale, I was tempted with the Bouquet of Love Pendant, Maya was very helpful in showing me outa the cabinet & I decided to buy it, was asked if I required anything else to which I said no, tho when she returned with the pre packed pendant I asked about a red heart ring & she found a Little Devil Ring in the cabinet too, she was so helpful, Thank You

Compré unas botas preciosas en su página (nada baratas por cierto) las compré en septiembre pero lógicamente he empezado a usarlas en invierno, hará un mes aproximadamente, como digo no llevo ni un mes usándolas solo para ir a trabajar ( soy sanitaria y según entro por el hospital me pongo mi uniforme por lo que no les he dado mucho uso) y las suelas de ambas botas se han roto completamente. Me he puesto en contacto con la empresa pero me dicen que la política de devolución son 21 días y que como mucho me dan un descuento para la próxima compra, en fin que pretenden encima que les vuelva a comprar algo. Así que mi consejo es que no compréis ahí, unas botas nuevas para tirarlas porque no tienen arreglo alguno.

Absolutely awful quality items, first time ordering and wish I’d checked reviews first. The T-shirts they advertise online are not the same you will receive, completely misleading consumers.
Overpriced shit

Boots ripped after 3rd time using and they are not giving money back as they say it’s last the warranty. The boots were bought just over a month ago. They also said that they would give me a new pair of boots, then then said they wouldn’t. Keep away from them

Avoid!!! Purchased a bag in August, in late Sept they said it has been delivered, it had not the courier company delivered to the incorrect address. They did not assist in locating the package, they sent me the courier details so I had to try find it myself. Now in Oct, 2 months after the purchase & still no package, I asked for a refund. They said they could only give me a 20% refund as it’s not their problem the package was lost as they are a ‘small business’. They’re a total scam!

Bought a pair of shoes off of them, they took 3 weeks to arrive (to Ireland) and after a month and maybe 10 wears the sole snapped. Customer service refused a refund on the shoes, I wasn’t even looking for the shipping costs refunded, only the cost of the shoes. They’re extremely thin and flimsy soles and feel like worse quality than shoes I’ve bought off of shein. I haven’t bought their bags or anything else but I’d assume they’re a similar level of qualit which is really disappointing because they do have some really cool products

Myself & family members have been visiting the Manchester store since it opened & up until around January 2024, it's been great. Recently, the quality of the products have plummeted & we've been lucky if something has lasted 6 months.

Since the beginning of this year, the staff have all been replaced at the Manchester store & they're now the most unhelpful, arrogant & obnoxious bunch that you've ever met. I've personally raised concerns of clothing not lasting long, which they weren't interested in.

Furthermore, I have a family member that has autism & visited this store fairly regularly. The old staff would accommodate them & help them in any way necessary to try on clothes, look at different accessories or anything to help create a unique look. However these new obnoxious bunch have recently told them that they make everyone uncomfortable, are unwelcome & that they should shop online instead. Who would say that to someone that's disabled in this day & age?!? This defeats the object of an alternative store, where they're suppose to accept everyone.

Avoid this store at all costs! They have a rival, blue banana, nearby that offers pretty much the same items without the bad attitude.
