Absolutely crap
Non existent customer service or refund/returns process.
Typically overpriced
Went in the store, checked out some goods. Overpriced by a long shot. T shirts are so thin they'd rip after a couple of washes. So its a no from me.

This shop doesn't do returns. the prices are insane and if you change your mind and don't want it? They won't return your money they'll only exchange it for something else. Not exactly happy at all about that especiallly if I found something way better for a MUCH cheaper price.

Good quality items ,quick customer support response and return times. Only four stars ,as sizing is a little hit and miss . But overall good experience.

Marcus at Manchester Arndale was super helpful today. My daughter is over the moon with her new boots, tee & necklace. They always have a great range of stock!

Poor response to return of faulty boots ,we wanted refund after travelling g from su derland ,had to choose another pair or gift card.probably some will happen again( sales dropping g off after worn 3 times.told this is policy of store,l thought it was law to refund faulty goods.Will not use store again unless boots faulty again.store people nice and friendly but think policy wrong.
Shop staff are lovely
Shop staff are lovely. Had problem with T-shirt returned it for replacement which arrived with printing error. Really wanted T-shirt for son now sold out. DMS offered me to keep misprinted Shirt and £5 to spend in online shop. I politely told them they could keep it. Very poor customer services.

Zero customer service
Don’t bother buying from this company, their customer service is shocking. I’d never bought anything from them before so specifically asked in store if I could get a refund and return to a different store as I live in a different city. The reply was Yes. Well it shouldn’t have been because turns out they only do exchange or gift card and won’t budge on this despite staff error. The owner of the company even knows people don’t like this no refund policy but isn’t changing it. Shows how much they care about the customer! I feel like they’ve robbed me of £75. The fact they won’t budge for a staff error is frankly appalling.

Slow to refund
Ordered online and returned the items due to the poor quality. Paid via PayPal and they received the items back on 6/12, the refund is still pending because according to PayPal they sent the refund via e cheque which slows down the time the refund is received. Not sure why companies think it’s acceptable to delay refunds. I wouldn’t order from them again because of this.
Very bad online customer service
Returns system is terrible, email chain of over 10 just for a refund, even paid my own return postage of £11 to get the return process started as email process very slow (only 2 weeks to return so was vital I sent atmy own cost) still waiting for refund, don't buy online unless SURE item fits/is accurate and won't need to return!

Tom was an absolutely fabulous customer service representative and made a sale I otherwise would no way splurge on, but their fabulous demeanour, effort and customer service means I will likely be be coming back in the future, and hope they get a promotion! Good quality and great customer service
I own several items of clothing and accessories from Damaged Society, and all of them are very good quality. Although they are quite expensive, I think the prices are justified considering the brands of the clothes as well as the fact that they are very high quality and will definitely last.
The customer service in the Newcastle store is always good, the staff are always friendly and I love seeing their posts on social media about their day in the shop.
Unorganised customer service and slow shipping
Ordered on a Monday and nothing got shipped for a few days so checked the website on Wednesday. Turns out they had taken the website down to make a better one what made me panic, luckily managed to phone them after my email got ignored.
They said 1 part of my package (the Robin Hood backpack) would ship that day but the matching wallet would be shipped the next day separately, what’s pretty annoying but not the worse.
I never got a notification for the backpack being shipped and the next day also didn’t get the notification for the wallet, so end up emailing them and then got sent my tracking details (shipped on 48 hour delivery for the backpack and 24 hour delivery for the wallet).
The backpack arrived the day it was expected what was Friday, the wallet was also expected Friday but didn’t arrive and on Friday still had the shipping update of “seller delivering to Royal Mail” so it had yet even arrived at the delivery office as they took a day and half to deliver it there.
The on Saturday the wallet finally arrived.
Luckily both items arrived in perfect condition, but I do feel that the customer service could of been a lot better.
This experience has put me off shopping there as I was worried about the fact I may have just lost £110.
