two quite different experiences

The dentist was great , very efficient and bedside manner was fine. The nurse also was reassuring and despite having a tooth extraction which was of course painful and uncomfortable this was a positive experience.
The same cannot be said of the receptionist who was rude as I had the temerity to turn up at 825am for a 9am appointment. The door was open so I walked in . I was told to leave the building as they were not open and to get a coffee. I explained I am 72 and my wifes main carer and I was not going to stand in the cold risking illness as it was a very cold morning. She explained it was company policy and I again told her that I was staying put . She said what if you fall over and I again explained that I was not going to move so I could not fall over. A colleague of hers then stepped in when she went to get something and kept to the same story but was at least civil. I noticed people started arriving at 830am so this apology of a receptionist was arguing over 5 minutes!
I do think your receptionist needs a training course on relating to older patients.

not great

I did ask delivery man to take packages into Garden where shed will be put and he refused.

We met the manager as we entered the…

We met the manager as we entered the store . He was very helpful and supportive throughout our visit including when I lost my phone!!! We came in to but 2 single armchairs to replace the 3 seat lazyboy sofa we bought from SCS 12 years ago. He went through different option in a clear way allowing us to choose what we wanted.
