CARDIFF Theyre nice once you get there but the phoning and booking appointments with the recieptionists is terrible. It seems like they don't communicate between each other or with the vets as you will book any appointment and theyll end up recalling you to change the appointment 2-3 times after due to miscommunications. Ive had my appointment rescheduled multiple times due to some one not being trained properly or that a vet is suddenly leaving early on the day of my appointment. Just poor service to be honest and really frustrating.

Me and a friend booked a trip with journee unsure where we would be heading. I had always wanted to visit Greece and luckily we found out we were going to Thessaloniki! Honestly, we did have some issues with the original accommodation that we were assigned to. Nothing wrong with the accommodation, it was just quite far out of the city centre, in not such a tourist friendly area. I contacted journee to let them know and they were immediately responsive in looking for a relocation for us. They were incredibly helpful and understanding, finding us a new place over night in the city centre. Overall I really enjoyed my experience, I would definitely use this service again. thank you:)
