You sign a contract with them and end of 10 months if your house didn’t sell you pay them £1,995
Soooo they don’t care anymore.They know they will get £1,995 end of 10 months!

Why did I choose this company?
Because when I read the reviews it says most sold houses by them but it’s NOT!
As soon as someone offers silly price they put the house under offer.
They don’t ask if they ready to buy?if they have enough deposit?nothing
Soo if the buyer not serious she already disappeared and no one knows and next day you see SOLD sign front of your house 🤣They put in their records this house has been sold!
Every time I see SALE sign by Purple Bricks front of the house next week it’s a SOLD sign ,then next couple of months later again FOR SALE sign🤣

Photographer was unprofessional.I was standing at the landing and he uploaded this picture.I noticed that later and find very difficult to take it off

Buyers finds very difficult to make appointment

I asked my family members to make appointment for viewing ,after potential buyers messaged me directly and told me “you don’t want to sell your house,you don’t confirm my viewing apoitment and even if you do after weeks you cancelled last minute and reason was no access to property “and they had same problems.

They don’t know what they are doing
You are lucky if you find someone to talk and know the situation your house even account manager
They promise they will get back to you and they never.They don’t respond to emails.


They didn’t tell me that they lost my house keys few months.I was on the phone every day to find where was my keys.I became suspicious after they don’t confirm the viewings and even if they confirm the cancelled so I asked my keys back then I found out they lost my keys few months ago.

I had a very bad experience with Purple Bricks
Definitely I don’t recommend please do not use this company!
