The best! Third time buying! Only cream that helps my littles eczema. Love it!

Rescue butter has completely transformed my daughter’s skin. All other creams didn’t do nothing at all. Was applying layer upon layer of thick ointments and still left with her scratching. Only a little bit applied of rescue and within 4 days there is a msssive difference.

Drought secrets calming butter and zinc magic has helped control the itch and inflammation of my 6year old son. I sometimes mix the 2 together or thinly put the zinc cream on more irritated areas and top up throughout the day.

Drops of thirst
I started using drought secret drops of thirst in October for my daughters scalp. She was 5 months at the time. She had suddenly developed eczema which came up first on her back then on her scalp which became red, inflamed and was affecting her sleep. By the time I found drought secret we had been to the GP several times and as a last resort saw a private GP and got given hydrocortisone. This helped the itching and soothed her scalp but as soon as the course was done she began itching intensely again. I started applying the oil religiously and the itching stopped and her scalp continued to heal. I use this every other day and use the zinc magic as a barrier for the areas that are prone to flares. Works very well.

Rescue butter
We tried the rescue butter balm recently when my daughter was having an eczema flare. We saw the difference in DAYS. We didn't have to use her steroid creams to soothe and heal her skin. This along with the zinc magic did wonders.

Zinc magic
The clue is in the name! MAGIC. This is excellent for protecting and healing my daughter's skin. At first I was unsure how to use it as its very thick and leaves a bit of white residue which shows up more on brown skin. At night or when we're just at home, I layer it on all the dry/eczema patches and dont have to worry about the white cast. But for when we go out, I have experimented with applying teeny bits on top of the balms and mixing with the balms and mixing it all together works well. Its so healing for her skin and it smells amazing

Absolutely terrible. Bought the calming butter, used it after a bath. My child scratched uncontrollably through the night and by morning he had a hideous rash only in the spots the balm was applied. Absolutely devastated.

My 4 month old son has been struggling with eczema, after being prescribed steroids which made his skin worse we opted for a more natural route. I bought the calming butter to help my 3 yr olds eczema behind his neck and knees and i can say it has helped massively! i eventually stopped the steroids and used the calming butter regularly which helped heal his skin barrier. I noticed he stopped itching at night after applying this over his patches and putting vaseline on top. I also noticed it helped brighten the neck area slightly after it went very dark due to steroid use. I highly recommend this product! Thanks to Drought Secret’s Zinc Magic, 2025 was the first year in my life that I have had a massive reduction in using steroids, antihistamines and plasters! I have also been discharged from the dermatologist and feel like I have autonomy over my skin. Hospitals continue to advocate steroid treatment with all sorts of side effects, yet by doing years of research I have discovered that wheat and dairy exacerbated my eczema and by cutting them out I have less inflammation. The final part of understanding my eczema was to explore any deficiencies that might be missing and see if a cream could aid the treatment of my skin. I found out that I might be lacking zinc in my diet so decided to trial a new cream for a few weeks after doing a skin patch test. I wasn’t sure if I was going to react to Drought Secret’s ingredients as my skin is incredibly sensitive, yet their Zinc Magic contributed to giving me the best winter I have ever had without constant severe pain. I feel fortunate to be effectively re-living my life now. Yes, I get the odd flare-up but that’s the harsh reality of living in a stressful country. What counts is that the flare ups are shorter and don’t require hospital appointments or constant plasters anymore. The concentration of Zinc Magic’s ingredients is paramount to the positive impact it’s having on my skin. Only a small amount is required as it’s so effective and I mix it with my own concoction of aloe vera, AproDerm, and an oil. I hope plenty of other people are able to benefit from trying out Zinc Magic as it’s turned my life around for the better.

I’m an adult South Asian woman living with severe eczema and topical steroid withdrawal. I came across this balm out of desperation, and I’m so glad I did. Most of the reviews seem to be for children and babies, but it absolutely works for adults too.

I purchased the hair oil, Rescue Balm, and Zinc Balm. I love the hair oil for my dry ends, and the Rescue Balm has been a lifesaver. I didn’t personally get on with the Zinc Balm, but that’s okay — everyone’s skin is different. I’ve just ordered the Calming Balm to see which one I prefer.

I chose DS because their customer service is better than Thunderbird, which I was also tempted to try. The balm doesn’t burn or sting at all and has helped heal my lip and eyelid eczema. My skin isn’t currently broken or weeping, so I can’t say how it would perform in that situation, but based on my experience, this product is definitely worth trying.

Have been using Drought Secret for a while now for my daughter’s eczema. It has worked wonders - but they just recently came out with their bath products and they nailed it once again! I used the oat and mellow bath soak, and the avocado tea tree soap! The soap cleared up some acne I’ve been fighting for a while and the soak made my skin feel so soft. 10/10 recommend !!! They’re the best of the best.

Drought Secret has played a HUGE role in healing my severe eczema symptoms naturally! I’ve used Drought Secret for the past two years. Recently bought the Avo & tee tree soap 🧼.. it’s INCREDIBLE, used on red inflamed hot raised skin on my son’s arms, he had a flare up. Used only 3 times and the difference it has made has amazed me. Honestly go buy it, it won’t disappoint. I followed with Rescue balm and it’s worked wonders. Thank you so much 😊
